Pros: comfortable bed
Broken desk chair, no electricity to coffee pot, hotel phone, or clock. Loud train whistle once in evening...felt like close to a RR track. Dark room although lamps worked. The only people/staff that felt professional were the cleaning crews.

The hotel is not by the beach

We had good time in the lobby shearing with family and friends after a funeral of one of family members our family coming from alamosa Colorado are the ones staying at the hotel wee visit the hotel every day and the staff always were courteous and had good and friendly attitude wee appreciate there nice and comfortable friendship thank you so much

Great morning breakfast

It was good...close to down town n staff was nice. They had an amazing breakfast the pool was very warm clean I would recommend this to people that are looking for a fast quick easy stay great for banquets also great for meetings families they also have an amazing sweet that I did not go to try which I wish I could

Older hotel on the train tracks.

Train rolls through town blowing horn at all intersections at all hours. The second night we wore earplugs and even with earplugs we could hear the train. The breakfast bar was not attended to very well.

Don't waste your money.

Beds are rock hard. Furniture in need of repair. Pool area dirty first thing in the morning. Doors to parking area do not lock. Snack shop poorly stocked and dirty. Electrical outlet didn't work.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything
The elevator interior was beat up with graffiti on the wall. The carpet in the room was ripped up. There were holes in the walls. The coffee maker didn't work. I would never return.

Close to Downtown

Pros: Staff was friendly, parking was easy, convenient location.
Cons: Somewhat outdated, cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms could be improved.
Location: Within walking distance to the bars and restaurants downtown as well as the Ice Haus.
It was within walking distance to downtown Greeley. Room could be updated, bathroom had hair on the floor and mold on the walls, stains on the carpets. Room smelled a little but the AC worked and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a little disappointing as they were out of coffee and French toast, but you could make waffles and have fruit with sausage. Not the nicest hotel I've stayed in but was downtown and a convenient place to rest our heads for a few hours.

Pros: locatiuon and pool
Cons: there is some wear and tear visible in several places
Location: see above
can walk to a couple of excellemt brewpubs, a riverwalk and a few good restaurants. Easy access to UNC campus
