Terrible Wish I could tell you about the rooms

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Get rid of front desk manager, have someone patrol property to get trash out of trees. It is sad you lost a great customer who would have been a regu
I went to sign in from a reservation on Expedia and the guy at front desk told me I did not have one... Mind you it took me 25 minutes to find someone for help. Two teen boys wanted to get quarters for the washer machines and the same front desk person he was very rude to them. On the walk into the building I did notice bags of trash in the trees.. Yes in the trees.... I went to the bathroom while waiting for Mr. Rude, since he did not have on a name badge this is what I will call him.. Now, I was getting a room so I could spend time with my husband who I get to see maybe 3 times a week do to his job. See this would not have been my only visit to this hotel. I would have been there constant... Thank you to another hotel in Windsor CO for being friendly, accommodating, warm, friendly and most of CLEAN.... So guess who has my business... Can you say not you guys EVER...... Never will I go back.... Such a bad experience...

Rundown and tired/overpriced

Pros: Breakfast Bar was better than most.
Cons: cleanliness, state of repairs....see above
Location: Location is why we selected. Near downtown.
Disappointing from the initial entry into the doors that had the smoking area right outside door. Carpeting in sad shape. Elevators banged up, dirty. Bed was fine. Several maintenance issues done only halfway in the room.This was a $60/night hotel but we were charge $160. Way over priced due to location and weekend we were there. Need to have a complete renovation of facility and get some pride back into this hotel and staff. We had 4 rooms that we were responsible for and it was a disappointing showing for us and our out of town guests.

Ok in a pinch

Traveling for work and needed somewhere to stay. The room smelled slightly off, but I figured it was cleaning product. Over the 4 days the smell got worse, and was quite overpowering. I turned on a lamp and it began smoking, which I alerted the front desk to. One night when I came back, my windows had been plastic wrapped over with no notification given to me. Overall the room was good enough to get by for 4 days in the area but I will not be staying there again.

Clean and close to stores. The only problem is the train, pass to close and make a lot of noise.

Needs Some Attention

Overall it was quiet inside the hotel; however, our room was close to railroad tracks and noisy trains kept going by during the night. The carpet was stained quite badly by the sink as well. There were two cracks in the tub that had been "repaired" using some type of silicone, but when they were stepped on, the bottom of the tub in that area sank in and cracked open. We also used the back stairwell to come and go, as our room was on the far end of the building, and during our entire two-night stay, there was dried mud clods all up and down the stairwell from the first to the top third floor that were never swept up during that time. Finally, on the first night I called down to the front desk to see about borrowing a fan. The desk clerk said she would check and call back and she never did. I tried calling again and no one answered. I guess you get what you pay for.

Right by the railroad tracks. If you're a light sleeper stay somewhere else.

Stay away from the rail yard

Run down hotel, actually falling apart. Stained carpet throughout, fire doors propped with rags, housekeeping ignored my do not disturb and left my door open. Found discarded drug bag in hall outside my door. Emergency phone missing from pool area and huge hole in sky light in pool room. Entire property smells of smoke. The breakfast was nice.
