Ok in a pinch

Traveling for work and needed somewhere to stay. The room smelled slightly off, but I figured it was cleaning product. Over the 4 days the smell got worse, and was quite overpowering. I turned on a lamp and it began smoking, which I alerted the front desk to. One night when I came back, my windows had been plastic wrapped over with no notification given to me. Overall the room was good enough to get by for 4 days in the area but I will not be staying there again.

Clean and close to stores. The only problem is the train, pass to close and make a lot of noise.

Stay away from the rail yard

Run down hotel, actually falling apart. Stained carpet throughout, fire doors propped with rags, housekeeping ignored my do not disturb and left my door open. Found discarded drug bag in hall outside my door. Emergency phone missing from pool area and huge hole in sky light in pool room. Entire property smells of smoke. The breakfast was nice.

Pros-Breakfast options were good and plentiful, most staff was pleasant, affordable. Cons-Water pressure was very strong at tub faucet but when switched to shower head dropped significantly, tub drain wouldn't close to fill draining water as fast as it filled after about four inches deep, handicap handrail was loose from wall, clothes hanger rod in bathroom fell off wall had to reattach, people walking around building seemed very sketchy, outlet on nightstand loose and left phone uncharged come morning, pool area was closed for service Overall-Building and staff were acceptable for price, however many small frustrations left us unlikely to return.

The bed spread had burn holes in it. The coffee maker was missing parts. The breakfast was not that good. The price was to high for the quality of the overall.

Great location downtown Greeley needs a face lift

This place needs an overhaul. Fantastic location within easy walk to cute downtown area which has obviously had the face lift that this hotel needs. Hotel is in need of some repair and those that have been done are pretty shoddy. Bed is good, breakfast is really good, but the dining room was COLD--as was the lobby. I assume they are cutting back on heating costs.

Great location for quaint downtown Greeley

This hotel needs a face lift. Pool was not working. The sign said it was closed for maintenance, but I think they can't afford to heat it. Lobby was cold and dining room was FREEZING!!! The breakfast was really good but we took it to our room because we could see our breath in the dining room. The housekeeping staff do a great job cleaning, but the hotel needs redecorating. The location to downtown is really great, and this hotel should be cleaning up....which they would be doing if they would give it some TLC.

It was ok...

The staff was very nice and friendly. My room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping did a good job. But, for some reason, there was NO heat in the lobby or restaurant. Each ,owning when I got breakfast, my food would get cold before I could eat it. The staff were all wearing jackets or heavy sweaters. Part of my reason for choosing this hotel was the pool, which was closed for maintenance, disappointing.

A decent economical property . . .

Nice hotel for the money. The hotel offers free parking, free wi-fi, a good buffet breakfast, and an indoor pool. Its downtown location is convenient to the UNC campus. The trade-off is that there are frequently used railroad tracks across the street. This is great for a photo op, but not so great at 6 AM.

The hotel is really old, and needs lots of updates. The main areas in particular are in need of some major TLC. The rooms themselves were fine. Nothing fancy, but not gross. The staff was very nice.
