Enjoyed our stay

Cons: The carpeting in the room could be replaced, and the headboards aren't centered with the beds.
We were in town to find an apartment, so we were in and out a lot, but the staff was always friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great, always plenty of food with a good variety. Also free water, tea, etc. in the lobby. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Although they are still making improvements, the workers were always courteous, and it was so quiet you would never know they were working. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. Thanks for making our stay a pleasant one!

Nice but noisy

Enjoyed my overnight stay the only problem is that we were in a room directly across from the ice maker and the vending machines so whenever the ice maker made you ice or someone came to the vending machine I could hear it straight through the front door of my room.

Non-working AC was NOT fixed during August stay.

Checkin was great. The clerk informed us that 40 rooms had been filled with dogs; our room had just been sanitized. Clerk was great; odor from sanitizing was not. Sink backed up overnight - while we were sleeping - and filled with some kind of odorless brown sludge. A/C made more noise than a diesel truck and we had to shut it off to get to sleep. This was August, and we had to turn the A/C off. Notified front desk about the sink and A/C. Returned for second night. Sink was fixed, A/C was not. Again, we had to turn it off to get some sleep. During checkout we told the front desk clerk and manager about the recurrent A/C problem. Their response: "You got your receipt under the door, right?" No apology, no acknowledgment of our discomfort. We will not be back, their corporate office will hear about it.
