Granted, there was construction going on (unaware of when I booked), but this stay was very noisy and there were workers there throughout the stay, day and night. One even came, without knocking, into our room while we were getting ready for the day. My little guy couldn’t nap, which was not the easiest to deal with. The staff, especially the night audit, was not very friendly. We had gotten into town for our stay a bit earlier than intended and when I called to inquire about an early check in, the response I got was “no honey” and she hung up. When we got there to finally check in, she immediately told me they would be keeping half my deposit due to me not listing my kids on the reservation. We’ve been to many hotels and I’ve NEVER listed my kids on the reservation and never ran into that problem before

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There are repairs and replacements on going at the property, showing an attempt to improve the hotel. The furniture in our suite was very stained and run down and needs to be replaced. The elevator was out of service for most of the stay.

Rude staff. Made my stay and accommodations a challenge. Woke up to floor covered on ants. Threw my back out and the descovered how my side of bed was like a hole it was so wore out. . Charged extra because I stayed after check out an hour . Although i did notify front desk. But it was such a hardship to get cleaned up and out the door

I am disgusted and repulsed. We went to lay down at 3 in the morning. The bed was soaked in about a 4 foot circumference from. We don't know what and found rose pettles in between the sheets. Candle wax all over the big giant tub which was the only reason. I even rented the room. And I got charged it deposit when I got here this afternoon. I went all of my money back. And I wanna be refunded. And I wanna another room in another hotel since this is a choice hotel.

The staff was great, the room was nice & clean. The breakfast was basic but ok for being included. The pool room needs work - 10 degrees outside & the AC was blowing in the pool room like it was August, none of the staff could figure out how to shut it off.

On the whole is was good. The property is older and could use updating. The breakfast was lacking enough food for the guests, no syrup for the waffles. Milk and coffee needed to be refilled. There wasn’t eggs or potatoes. They seemed ill prepared for the amount of guests.

Not Worth the Lower Price
The only thing positive about this place is the price but it proves you get what you pay for. Bed was hard as a rock. HVAC barely worked. Whole place is shabby and worn down. But the highlight were the multiple police visits to break up the fighting couple next door.

The room was very nice and clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly. Bed and pillows were comfy. Reading some of these reviews made me nervous, but our stay was perfectly delightful. People have different standards. It totally met my expectations. I would stay here again. We did not try the breakfast or check out the pool, so I can't comment on those things.

There are only so many times you can put a coat of paint on something. The tile floors make it a noisy room and the movements from an upper floor can be heard. The bathroom door was too wide and the counter in the bathroom had to be altered. The detail was poorly executed. The floor was dirty. The hallway carpet was dirty. The parking lot had trash. The breakfast area was not maintained during service. Coffee ran out. Tables (and floors) were dirty.

There is something wrong with the plumbing making the rooms smell like a sewer, this location does not have a hot tub, the pool is not heated and is incredibly small, and waking up 1st thing in the morning the shower is running cold. Would not recommend. Absolutely terrible. Waste of money.

The pillows were terrible, they flattened and gave no support. At 8:30am the Breakfast was gone. 3 Yogurt’s, no pastry, and a TBS of eggs. Nothing was replenished.

We would not stay here again. This hotel Ned’s a renovation. It is is dingy and dated. The housekeeping staff were terrific. The front desk/breakfast staff were not. On our 2nd day we were told they stop making any hot breakfast offerings 30 minutes before the end of breakfast. Our last 3 mornings there was no milk. We were told they were sorry but had run out. What? WalMart is 3 blocks away. Never heard of such a thing. The front end staff were very short and showed no concern for this ‘shortage’. We were not happy.

Nice hotel! Nice suite. Breakfast is very good! Good service! The sofa and woodworks are little worn out which may need repairs. Other than that the suite is neat and clean, very cozy!

What I liked was that I was very quiet and parking was easy and they had enough enough spots. What I didn’t like was that the bathroom door bob loosened out and I got stuck in the bathroom until my girlfriend was able to find a way to open it

Facility needs refreshing! Carpets are stained, walls in dinning room needed repaired (were chipped), always had to ring bell at front desk for assistance, breakfast was extremely lacking. This is the worst condition we have seen this facility in the many times we’ve stayed there! We will not stay there again!

We travel often. My husband has worked for the Hilton and the Marriott. We have never been asked to pay $45 to check in 50 minutes early when the room is available. This property should reevaluate this policy..

This hotel has disgusting hallways, stairs, and the elevator was disgusting. Room was ok but blanket had stains. It’s time for the owner of the property to take some of the money it takes in and actually pay to get some remodeling done. Asked for a late checkout and was told that I had to wait until 7 am on Sunday to talk to someone about it even though they charge $40 if you want a late checkout but “on Sundays we don’t do late checkouts because we are SO busy”. Dumbest excuse. Overall don’t stay at this hotel.

What We didnt like, is the seat on the toilet wobbled & uncomfortable. The tub spout dripped & lastly there was a spider in the bathroom & found a centipede in the wrapped toilet paper when we needed to replace it.

The inside and outside to the property was dirty, in our four day stay the carpets were not cleaned at all. We did not use the pool for this reason. The breakfast was awful, breakfast meat that looked like dog food, the bacon and eggs were not replentished, the bagels were not fresh. I have traveled many times around the United States and internationally and this was the worse property I've ever stayed at.
