Old. Run down and not detailed clean

It wasn't bad although for the price I would like to stay somewhere nicer. The place is just ready for renovation

Do not stay here no matter what!

Pros: It was easy to get to.
Cons: Clean the hotel! The desk staff (I talked to 2 different people) could care less about the quality of the hotel.
Location: Close to the main highway into Greeley.
When I opened the door, the room smelled like a sweaty gym bag. The desk person was not concerned and told me to open the window. I found hair in the bathtub as well. I ended up going to the hotel right next door for the second night of my stay because of the smell and lack of cleanliness. (the first night, there were no other hotels available). Super 8 still charged me for 2 nights and said the room was clean. (if it was clean, why did I spend more money on a room at the Comfort Inn right next door?) According to their cancellation policy, I would have had to cancel my reservation the night before I even arrived in order to not be penalized, but I had no idea about the condition of the room at that time. Spend a few extra dollars and stay at a different hotel!

Sketchy at best

Pros: nothing
Cons: tearing it down and starting over would be a great start.
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times due to lack of other options, but never enjoy it. It is loud, dirty, and sketchy. Last time I stayed there, a large group of hispanic men were having a party across the hall from my room. They were drinking, smoking and playing loud music until the middle of the night. It says it is a non smoking hotel, but that rule is not enforced. We left with everything in our bags smelling like smoke and it was obvious the men at the party were smoking in the hotel and nothing was being done. The front desk woman is also rude and can obviously care less about the guest satisfaction.

Any concerns regarding noise or any type of activity that may be affecting another guests experience should immediately be addressed with our front desk staff. Our staff is more than capable to handle these types of situations. Our hotel still allows smoking in certain rooms that are designated for that purpose to accommodate some of our guests. We apologize again that this may have affected by that during your stay. We will make sure to address our front desk staff regarding providing exceptional customer service to all of our guests.

HOT stinked of Smoke

Never Again!!

The hotel room was horrible. The beds were so used you sink to the box springs. The bathtub finish was peeling off, the toilet seals coming off. To top it off there was other people's hair in the sink and tub. Cleanliness is not there forte. All I got from the company was saying we got an unrenevated room and they were booked solid. They didn't make it right.

Went to Greeley to attend daughter's college orientation at UNC, wanted to find the least expensive hotel so it was fine, met my purpose and I was satisfied as just needed a place to spend the night and not spend a fortune.

Split cost with my sister, so very reasonable. Check in staff, Samantha, was very nice and conversational. Room was non smoking, but the hallway was awful with the smell of marijuana. Room was comfortable. Bed was very soft, but more of a personal problem than anything. No conditioner, only shampoo. Good water pressure. Breakfast was minimal, cereal, breads, oatmeal packets, waffles, fruit. No protein. Overall, was fine for the one night we stayed.
