We try hard to be the best we can be, and tournament weekends can test the limits of our operations and our patience! We will certainly take a look into the hot water issue as that is not common unless everyone is preparing for the same event. In this case it was 7th and 8th grade girls volleyball. I would recommend a 4th floor room, the higher the number the further from the road you will be. The odd-numbered side would be the furthest from the road. If you were on ground floor you probably walked past our "Favorite Guest" area where we display pictures of all our furry friends who stay with us. I hope our team got a picture of Montea up there! I've noted with the front desk team that you didn't get the roll-in and hopefully that doesn't happen on your next trip. It's always best with specific requests such as that to call ahead and have the front desk "lock in" the specific room as we don't have many of them. We look forward to serving you again soon!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do offer microwaves which can be brought to the room, just ask our front desk and they will have one delivered. Fun fact as to why microwaves aren't in the rooms: The number of times people burn something, usually popcorn, between midnight and 3 am causing the whole hotel to evacuate is at least 3 times a year. As luck would have it, it's usually in the Winter when it's -10 degrees outside. We felt that offering a microwave in the lobby and on-request solves both issues. We will take your feedback and try to be more clear with what we offer at check-in. Thank you again and we hope to see you again soon!
