I am sorry that housekeeping noted the do not disturb card on your door handle and didn't see it removed when he checked your room door. Housekeeping will change sheets every three days unless they are soiled as stated on the bed card that is placed on your night stand to advise our guests.. When I checked you out on Monday I wish you would of mentioned it we could of resolved this issue earlier.

I am sorry for the issues you had during your stay the issue could of been resolved by contacting our front desk for a room switch more to your satisfaction.

Beth Ann when booking a reservation on any website that is booked after midnight the booking agency can only confirm for the current date. When you booked the reservation on expedia and before you hit the confirm button the reservation details showed the following date. The receiving hotel doesn't see future dates reservations so the guest service agent didnt know of the future reservation it just goes into the servers until we call up the particular reservation. You will need to deal with Expedia as they are your travel agent of record and whom you paid for the reservation.

Ryker as listed on the expedia website the hotel lists we don't have an elevator nor did the fire alarm go off in the month of December or coud of been another hotel you stayed at.

Although the hotel in the last six months the hotel has replaced all televisions with 50 inch flat screens, all new wireless hardware, new lobby furniture, new lighting in all guest rooms, new guest laundry, new tile in all guest bathrooms, and currently installing all new mattresses and pedestals in guest rooms.
