Booked for a few days so the kids could swim during spring break. Pool was so cold they won’t swim and whirlpool jets don’t work. Nothing but a shoulder shrug from the front desk. Shame on you!

The pool and spa are open and at regulated temps put out by the health department. We usually like to have it a little warmer being in Wisconsin climate but are still within range of the state and county health department. I am sorry you did not enjoy the time as you wanted. We had some guests that were moved on your multi-night stay from not being able to enjoy their relaxation due to noise complaints coming from your room. The hotel is trying their best to accommodate you and other guests during this period by moving them away from your room and allowing a late check out for you for your time. If you need anything additional please don't hesitate to contact the hotel. Thank you

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is very clean. I like that the building has an older feel to it, but with all of the modern amenities.

I called and asked if they could simply put a note in my room for my boyfriend to say happy birthday as we were going down for his birthday and they went above and beyond and decorated the room and gave him some snacks! Was amazing!

Very disappointed
I booked 2 rooms, each with 2 queen beds. I booked them at the same time, one under my name and one under my son's name. I booked them at the same time; my confirmation email showed both reservations. When I got there, we had been put on DIFFERENT FLOORS. I was told (with a smile) that I should have TOLD them I wanted the rooms together.

Very nice hotel. Less expensive than several others on the area. We didn’t use the pool but it looked really murky. The breakfast was very good ! Would definitely stay again !

Great staff very accommodating, clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the sheets were worn and the elastic did not keep the bottom sheet from coming undone. I toss and turn a lot and it was uncomfortable to hens up sleeping on the bare mattress. Also i prefer feather pillows

We have stayed several times at this location. This visit was sad. We are traveling with our golden retriever. The pet fee is too high. The room had a stained carpet. The ac unit is loud and needs repair. These were brought to the receptionist attention. She was having a bad day and it showed

The hotel looks very old and needs remodeling.
Multiple hotels are located in the same street with half the price. I booked this hotel expecting quality rooms. But it's very disappointing. Breakfast was good.

Door County get away
Very nice accommodations. We had a weekend trip to Door Cointy and Green Bay had vacancies that DC did not, so we chose Hampton. Great checkin. Rooms were pretty clean and up to date. Had some issues with adjoining room doors, and the tub faucet but that’s it. Nice area too!
