Handicap room accommodations not met even though I stressed the importance at check in and soon after check in again. My daughter has no mobility. She couldn’t access the tub nor the pool. Very unacceptable.

We were there there for a medical procedure and was very comfortable and satisfied. Front desk was also very helpful. Will stay here again...gorgeous pool even though we didn't swim. People were enjoying it.

It’s ok. Semi decent rooms at an ok price. One gripe I have is that the pool area is closed at 1030. Lots of us travel for a bowling tournament and specifically stay here for the group rate but they kick us out of the pool when we are just relaxing and having a little fun. 1030 is ok for a kids water park, but a adult pool should be open til 11 or 12. Staff is nice about it but come on. Friday/saturday nights let people have a nice night

Don't be scared away by the location for Packers
Great stay for a Greenbay Packers game. While it is not walking distance to Lambeau, it is in a much more fun area to stay when you are not at the game. Walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants, and you can walk on the water. Free shuttle to the game is great, after the game not so much. Very old hotel, but it gets the job done.

This was honestly the least welcoming hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I booked 2 queen beds: was given a room with 1 queen bed. Breakfast bar was simple - out of 6 buffet containers only 4 were full - 2 with scrambled eggs; 2 with sausages; furniture in room and lobby looked very old and poorly maintained. Wish I could give more than 2 stars.

Absolutely horrible toilet paper! Thin does not even qualify. What the heck!!, IMPOSSIBLE to enter the pool, the hot tub or the kiddie pool because of the depth of the first step. The older persons in our group were left on the pool deck. I am a loyalty member and could not add points for my two night stay “because you booked through another site”. You should honor the points based on our stay. It gave us a sour taste of hospitality. The breakfast area is small.

Not the "Quality" Inn
The hotel was very poorly staffed and maintained. We had to change rooms, because our friend's next door room smelled like smoke and the carpet was soaked adding the AC unit. The next rooms were beautiful and very comfortable around the pool area, but the rest of the hotel was dark dingy and smelly. The staff were not very friendly and never even made eye contact any time we went through the lobby. The pool area was nice, but overall the hotel is in very rough shape. We would never recommend it and will definitely be less likely to stay at a Quality Inn after this experience.

The staff and property were fine but WiFi was very poor quality (we would disconnect daily every 5 minutes) and our keycards would deactivate even though they were not kept by electric devices. One of the doors has a broken swipe lock so we could not use it.
