Nice hotel Water in the area outside the bathroom would not get warm, so it was not comfortable to wash up or brush our teeth due to the cold water. Need to re-design toilet paper roll holders- terrible design ...

The hotel was clean and nicer than I expected. The bed was a sleep number bed which was definitely a plus. Pool and whirlpool looked nice but didn't use them. Only downside was no complimentary breakfast but they do offer room service and there are a few restaurant choices on site.

Good location, bad rooms

I stayed for an overnight getaway with my grandmother to gamble in the casino and play bingo. First the staff won't honor any discounts for players club members because we booked through Expedia. The room doesn't let you change the temperature, making a stuffy room. Third, the room was not cleaned. It was dusty, the sink was clogged and there was mold in the bathroom. We told the staff the next morning at check out and they said it was just wear and tear. Thanks for the "satisfaction guarantee"

Hotel over priced. Especially the breakfast buffet, $ 50 for 3 people.Only scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and french toast. Fruit, yogurt an toppings, cinnamon rolls and assorted breads for toasting. Nothing special. Paper thin walls, hallway noise all night long.

Hot Tub and accomodations were fine

Pros: Connected to the casino and access and location in GB area was great.
Cons: Bed was the only complaint.
Location: Good location and convenient to roads and access.
Would not recommend the bed, it was bad. Have stayed @ 40 different motel locations this past year and this was bad.

told the staff about air conditioner not working.

Cons: the doors on all hotel rooms in the part that we stayed are all loose.
i told the staff at front desk about air conditioner not working and they said we are booked full tonight. they also said they would check it but never did. the next day i talk to another person and they said they would give us another room for the next day of our stay. they did and the air was working in that room fine. we paid about $100.00 for the first night and we had no air conditioning,i think that is not right?

Beautiful hotel, ALL amenities including CASINO

Location: Hotel is next door to the Oneida Reservation Casino.
My family was scheduled to meet me and all of us to check in at the Radisson. My flight delay caused my family to wait. Hotel contacted me and requested my permission to check in my family so they would be comfortable while awaiting my arrival. Staff went the extra mile and it was appreciated by me and my family.

Had great time. Would have liked a free breakfast n rooms were quite expensive.
