I was going through a major heartbreak. I needed a place to be alone to figure out on what's next with me. I figured it out & i checked out and moving towards my new home away from the things that me so badly. I am sorry that I seem old but I was very hurt and wasn't in the mood to be socialble.

Check-in was great. Desk staff was very polite and courteous. Overall environment was clean and quiet. Parking lot was like driving down a gravel road full of pot holes. For it being a non-smoking facility, the hallways wreaked of pot smoke. The shower could use an anti-slip coating in the bottom of it. Pillows need a serious upgrade.

My room had stains on the carpet huge empty space the curtans were see threw in spots sun was blastinng threw. The pool area was so cold the sauna wouldnt work. The shower had hair in it when i checked in had to clean it with baby wipes. The cleaning staff was very rude and loud in the morning

Most miserable stay EVER!!!!!
We had no bed for my son to sleep in. Then they were planning to charge us for a rollaway after we paid for 5 guests, but only gave us a room for 4 guests. They told us they would bring a rollaway up to us. Didn't tell us till later it was another charge. They wouldnt work with us. They charged $10 per person to swim with us. My 3 yr old grandson found a screwdriver in the couch and could of gotten seriously hurt. The check out people were so rude. I started talking nice but by the time we were done I had to get firm and they still didn't work with us. ALL the staff was unfriendly including the cleaning staff. The room was so small for 5 guests, (parents and 3 teenagers). It was so uncomfortable. We left early Sunday morning because of it. The screens on the windows were all ripped and our window wouldn't close. The sauna wouldn't get hot and there was no hot tub. They covered it up with a carpeted board. The complimentary breakfast area was so small. We couldn't sit together as a family because the tables sat 2 people. Our stay was the most enjoyable stay ever. The check in lady was dressed c sloppy looking. So imprudent unprofessional. This is the worst hotel in Green Bay WI. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Little things…
I know that these are little things, but when you pay $325 for two nights in a hotel, you expect things to be perfect. It’s a nice hotel, and the bed was comfortable and things were quiet but one of the lights was burned out, and the drain in the shower didn’t work correctly so I had to shower ankle deep in dirty water. I don’t know. I don’t mean to make a big deal about these things, but they did diminish our stay somewhat.
