Property is kid, friendly! However, the property itself felt was not clean and outside of property was dirty. The rooms were cleaned, but surfaces were sticky and the throw pillow and blanket at the end of the bed were stained.

I rented a suite, they gave me a standard 2 queen bed and said it was the same. The room was soo small the sink wasn't in the bathroom. Although they said the room sleeps 6 there were no extra blankets for the very worn out pull out couch in the room. Tgey provided a coffee stand and coffee in the room but the coffee pot and filters were missing. Where the toilet seat fastens to the bowl was broken on one side so we had to put it in place when we went to the bathroom. The lock was also broke. We had someone banging on our door then ran at 10pm and there was someone driving in the ditch just off the drive at around 11pm. There was also a nasty hair, durt pile on the floor in the corner of the bathroom. In tge waterpark there was probably a quarter of the guests that had no wristbands, swimmers and people just hanging out. As a person who paid way too much for a run down room it is unsavory to have to stand for hours in the waterpark due to lack of seating when the people next to you have 3 full tables with not one of them having a wristband.

Worst hotel i have ever been in...they gave me the wrong room twice...shower didnt work at all...receptionist was crabby with me and had very poor communication...just wanted to push me away...water park was closed and had to pay for breakfast...so i spent over 200 dollars on a room to be taken advantage of...would not recommend and will not be coming back

I love it here not overly crowded and super nice workers. They ran out of pool towels till the next day but the manager did everything possible to accommodate and make it a wonderful stay

Very nice stay, enjoyed the amenities, the water park and the arcade! Front Desk agent was great, didn’t get his name had lightish brown hair but he was very friendly. The restaurant was a little slow but the wonderful blonde waitress explained everything to us and we didn’t mind being patient. Loved our waitress who originally started in the bar she had black hair and was also very tentative and friendly!

Waterpark was great. Plenty of activities for the kids. Rooms are quiet with easy access to the building. Was a bit disappointed that for the price, no continental breakfast was provided not even complimentary coffee (besides the little pounch in the room). Overall a pleasant experience.

In our room there was a sticky spot on the floor by the sink. Not enough towels for 5 people to shower. The cabinet in our room was in rough shape one draw opened as you walked by it. Another the face front was cracked. One of the blankets on the bed had holes in it and not small ones big enough to put your foot through it

Horrible room and terrible staff! We will never come again!! I have stayed here many times over the years. Our very expensive Family Suites overlooked the roof and giant air conditioners. It was so loud no one could sleep. I was told by the desk that there was nothing they could do except send maintenance. The are Zero options for breakfast unless you sit down at the expensive buffet!

This is a beautiful hotel but they charge above & beyond! They even add a "resort fee" for amentities that most other places have for free.

I do not think the Tundra can charge $250 a night. It just wasn't a very clean property. The noise at night in the halls and rooms is horrendous. In our rooms the microwave was broken and the pullouts were rusted and so gross (I had three suites and each had items). The waterpark is barely supervised, I didn’t see one staff member besides a couple lifeguards and the concession stand in there was very very dirty. We decided to order dinner from the bar upstairs and waited an hour for 2 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 pizzas. Came back down to get waters for the concession stand for the water fountain is broken and concessions stand was closed. You have to have options for your guest. The staff who checked us in and the bartender were nice though.

There were no fitted sheets on all theee of the kids' beds one didn't have a sheet or blanket. They were all out at the desk. So my son had to sleep on a bare mattress with no blanket. It was horrible. They had a big hockey group wipe them out of everything and the rest of the guests paid the price. Someone needs to plan better.

There were pubic hairs on the toilet, three of the lights did not work. And there was a strange beeping camera sound coming from an unplugged clock. On time of boooking water passes we’re advertised as included as well as an arcade. They were closed so I was stuck in my very dirty room, that I did not get my deposit back for I don’t know what reason. We left the room cleaner than when we entered. 0/6
