“We loved the quiet neighborhood (though a train runs right by - but didn't really bother us). The views from everywhere out back and on the porch were very relaxing. We loved being able to throw the kayaks easily in the water. We went 1 or 2 times every day we were there. Had it been cooler we would have definitely enjoyed the fire pit. Amazingly enough there were little to no mosquitos or gnats which surprised us being right on the water. Great stay!”

“All good things to report. Super clean. Newly updated inside. Nicely decorated. All the amenities needed were on hand. Very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to historic downtown so didn’t have to pay for parking every day. The host, Trevor, was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Next time we visit St. Augustine we’ll look to stay there again!”

It was a very short drive to the historic district and could be walkable as well.
