Needs Renovation

Hotel is shabby, our shower did not function, pillows were hard as a rock. Overall very disappointing for the price.

Pros: Convenience
Cons: Better tv remote in one room
Location: Stores, restaurants and highway
Clean, easy to navigate, decent restaurant, clean bathrooms, great housekeeping staff

Old hotel, somewhat rundown, uncooperative staff.

Pros: nothing
Cons: Hotel need to be re-done, Expedia needs to review its relationship with this chain or this hotel.
Our personal experience was disappointing. They had put us in a handicap accessible room( we are not handicapped) which was quite rundown. They blamed the mix -up on Expedia- I think they give the low grade rooms to Expedia). After the first night stay, we cancelled the rest and moved to another hotel.

Nice quiet hotel with beautiful scenery.

Excellent staff! The woman working at the front desk when I checked in, whose name I believe was Brooke, was very friendly. Friendly housekeeping staff, too. The hotel seems a little dated but the rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool area is a great place to relax. My first night there, the heater for the hot tub wasn't working properly. A couple who was also in the hot tub at the time (about 10:30pm) notified an employee who was walking by and the issue was fixed promtly the next day and I was able to enjoy the hot tub for the rest of my visit. However, I wasn't aware that Green Valley is mainly a 55+ community, so I felt a little out of place being only 25 years old. Needless to say, there isn't a lot to do in Green Valley itself, except golf. On the plus side, it's a nice queit place to stay and Tucson is only about a 30 minute drive. I highly recommend driving Catalina highway to Mt. Lemmon. Beautiful desert mountain scenery.

Nice hotel in heart of Green Valley

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. We liked that the breakfast was menu-order and not a buffet, but that’s not always everyone’s cup of tea. The pool and hot tub area is nice, but loses sun quickly in the afternoon as it is located in the center of the structure. The location was great for us as my grandparents live in a retirement village 5 minutes away.

Good Place to Stay

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and the staff was all very nice. The hotel has a very nice pool and hot tub that was perfect for relaxing. The complementary breakfast was alright, it is actually run by the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel with a limited complementary menu and more available for an additional price, but overall it’s enough to fill you up. Overall a nice hotel to stay at and would stay again if back in the area.

Handy to airport.

Courtyard pretty and beautifully maintained. My Reservation was lost but manager upgraded my room with no extra charge. Water fountains out of order. No windows to open. Can’t open doors to inner courtyard without losing security. Breakfast disappointing. (Oatmeal of the instant type.). Restaurant in BW awful! Grease used over and over and tastes of fish. Waiter/barkeep cordial and efficient. Van to airport fast and driver helpful. But seat belts broken.
