“Before we book，we called the reception to inform that we have 2 young children,9y&6y, and they didn't tell us there is an additional 20USD for children,but after we arrived, the reception asked for 20USD for my children. I accepted it, but not happy about this.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Arrowhead Ranch Retreat and Conference Center with our family, including a young child and grandparents. The property is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained, surrounded by trees and a very relaxing mountain atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the common areas were perfect for a family stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor spaces — the fire pit, seating areas, and overall layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy time……
