Very friendly staff.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Good comfortable rooms. Staff waited for extra hours to check us in as we were running late. We checked in at 11 pm. Room was clean although bed sides were not cleaned the next day but not a big deal. Overall we were happy.

Motel as good as 4 Star Hotel

This is an excellent Motel/Hotel. Very quite and strategic location. The staff are very helpful.

Good place to stay

Pros: Clean and safe
Cons: Bring your ear plugs as there is a busy road near by
Location: Close to conference we were attending
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Gave us two rooms when we had booked a family room.

Convenience

we checked in late but the receptionist was really nice was quick to and told him that we checking out really early he said it's ok there is a key drop of so that was easy and was quick to the airport which was great so we were happy

Outdated interior, on a noisy road

Very basic, just a room to crash overnight, old sheets, old furniture, old bathroom. Small room. The hostess is wonderful, but that's about the only lovely thing there. If you don't have a car, getting there from train station is a chore, nothing interesting around, location is unimpressive.

Not HAPPY...

Our stay @ Motel10 was consistantly riddled with issues and problems. At check in ( 4 people ) there were only 2 towels, I converesed with the manager to which this was corrected but ongoing for the entire stay, we were short at each room service. I compiled a list, as I did not want to be billed for damages already sustained.. No bulb in light lamp. Telephone was not working. Cold water tap in shower did not have a stopper, so was hanging on by the tap spring. A wall socket with was loose and flimsy. Towel shortage. Air Conditioning unit cover fell off. The manager was extremely argumentative and filled with excuses to the poorly kept and unmaintained room, she did apologise after day 2 when again we were short of towels and I conversed with her briefly, no discount was offered. The motel was under renovations, but the state of the mess in and around the rooms being vacated was a lot to be desired, poor service, poor communication, poorly kept facilities.

Needs Repairs

Probably ok for the price but: the bathrooms had missing tiles on the floor, shower head flops down, TV cabinets were broken, the rooms smelled of disinfectant, they forgot the air con control. We had two rooms and they were similar. But they were large rooms and could sleep 4 easily.

run down and in need of renovation

It looked like the hotel was a demolition site. Parking was difficult because the car park was overfull. Furniture and fittings in the room all looked warn. At least it wasn't far from the airport.

Well maintained hotel neat & clean

Pros: A/C helped when sleeping in summer.
Location: I just worked here so I didn't do much sight seeing although there is enough transport nearby and its not too far from the city.
Stayed here for a week and a half for work. Had all the essentials, no complaints. Excellent staff and facilities, clean and tidy. Ive stayed in a few hotels and this wasn't too bad considering the price and location.

middle of renovations

It will be a very good motel but it's in the middle of renovations at the moment so a bit noisy during the day, quiet at night though.
