Our stay @ Motel10 was consistantly riddled with issues and problems.
At check in ( 4 people ) there were only 2 towels, I converesed with the manager to which this was corrected but ongoing for the entire stay, we were short at each room service.
I compiled a list, as I did not want to be billed for damages already sustained..
No bulb in light lamp.
Telephone was not working.
Cold water tap in shower did not have a stopper, so was hanging on by the tap spring.
A wall socket with was loose and flimsy.
Air Conditioning unit cover fell off.
The manager was extremely argumentative and filled with excuses to the poorly kept and unmaintained room, she did apologise after day 2 when again we were short of towels and I conversed with her briefly, no discount was offered.
The motel was under renovations, but the state of the mess in and around the rooms being vacated was a lot to be desired, poor service, poor communication, poorly kept facilities.
