Very dated. Bathroom tub wasn’t cleaned and had peeling paint inside. Wallpaper was coming away from the walls. One of the female front desk clerks was horrible, however the rest were great. Room service was super yummy and fast. Shuttle to the Meteo was awesome and the driver was a hoot! All in all an ok stay but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms have a terrible odor, even though it seems that the hotel needs upgraded the rooms should not have a odor! I think that’s unacceptable management needs to take care of this, customers need to get their money’s worth!!!

Nice room, ok amenities

Our room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. However the pool was dirty and the pool area was dirty - garbage on the ground, etc. Also, the breakfast took forever because there was only one person working in the entire dining room...acting as host, sever, and cashier. The home cooked breakfast was better than the buffet.

convenient hotel to visit DC.

Pros: Location and free shuttle
Cons: Better signage to find the hotel
Location was good and the free shuttle was an added bonus.

Hotel was convenient in regards to traveling to DC and Maryland. Hotel staff were nice and helpful! Some outlets in the room didn’t work. So maybe they should renovate some of the rooms!

So I came in asked if they had any available rooms . Was told by the young lady with black hair ... flat out NO. So I go on line and make a reservation from my car and go back in. Angry because I did that she gave me the worst room they had. It wasn’t clean and it smelled and it was a handicap room. I was too tired to argue so I just dealt with it. The hotel rooms are usually clean and comfortable. I frequently use this hotel. The best customer service I’ve ever received came from Chris. He has been consistently courteous and professional with his customer service . Keep up the great job. He makes this hotel all the better.
