Super friendly staff and cozy accommodation

The staff was so friendly! We asked for a quiet room and they were very accommodating. They even scraped the ice off of our car in the morning since we didn't have a scrapper! The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable as well. Thank you!

Nice hotel close to downtown.

You get what you pay for

Pros: Location
Cons: would update the bathroom. The toilet and sink was very low to the ground. The rooms are not sound proof enough. Had to call the office for noise
Location: We visited the Wendell state park, we went to Yankee candle and did an escape room
There were ants in the bathroom and the bathroom door would not close all the way. The heat did not work properly. The first night it was very hot and the next is was very cold

Once again we apologize that your room was not up to our usual standards. We did have a new employee training in that room and it appears a few things were overlooked but I can assure you that those issues have been addressed. Any guest complaints of this nature are responded to with our staff offering the option of another room to meet the guest's satisfaction. Expedia cancelled my reservation but the lady at the front desk was excellent with getting us a nice room.

There was no where to park to unload vehicle. I couldn't sleep due to the room's smell. There were holes in the wall of our shower and one in the room. There were no open outlets. There were tears in the carpet. The hallway smelled like a bathroom. Overall - yuck
