The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty vacant due to the road construction. It was a little difficult to get to the entrance but it was worth it. The staffed helped us get around it. The room was nice but homely. It was just what we needed. The ice machine was broke but not really a big deal to me. This motel was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in with the most pleasant owner. I would 100% stay here again. There was limited parking in the adjacent lot, but we parked across the street with no issues and did not feel unsafe in doing so. The only caveat in my opinion was that the shower in the room is smaller than other similar rooms at comparable places, but the cleanliness and pleasantry at check-in far outweighed the size of the shower.
