no elevator, no full length mirror, no room phone, did not refill the coffee packets, the shower handle would not open up all the way, so the water temperature was luke warm. The floor was squeaky, The staff was very friendly!!

This property is under major construction!!! I appreciate the fact that they are remodeling but i do not recommend staying here until it is completed. Or at least a little further along. The room numbers are literally wrote o. The wall. There is plastic covering the floors in the hall.

DO NOT RENT HERE. There are multiple hotels in this area this is horrible. Disgusting, no breakfast included and this is an active construction site.

I didn't like how the property did not let you know that they were under full construction so that means plastic on walls noise during the day painting just a whole mess. Continental breakfast was not available due to the construction they didn't put that online. The internet goes in and out very bad to the point where your lagging. I'm not sure but the system was not up to date to keep my room available for the next day so it was a total inconvenience and that's something that definitely needs to get fixed for other people that's traveling. Expedia was right on top of everything and handle the situation correctly to help my stay feel more comfortable after the inconvenience of the hotel.

We paid for the stay on the Expedia site, but when my wife arrived for check-in the clerk demanded a $100 CASH "deposit" to stay. My wife and daughter then left (it was around midnight when they arrived in town) and found another hotel nearby. We are still trying to get a refund for the stay.

Worst place on earth. Why even recommend this?
They are doing renovations in this hotel during my stay and have encouraged me to leave in the middle of my stay. High drug use occuring in the hotel. They stole over $700 of my money to make a future booking I didn't ask for. Now I am forced to stay in this hotel until my money is released from the bank which won't be for 5 to 7 business days

We did not stay. It was horrible. Dirty we had to step around a leaking garbage bag to get into the building. No water in toilet to flush the toilet, stained couch, broken knobs on dressers. We dewant a refund!!!!

Check in time was delayed, the fire alarms in the hallway were constantly blinking, there were roaches in the room, abandoned shopping carts and trash all around the properties adjacent to the hotel, so much that it actually smelled on the property. On the second day an argument broke out with another guest that resulted in having to call the police who then escorted the guest off the property. The front desk staff however, was always kind and prompt.

Not the best place but it’s somewhere semi comfortable to lay your head for the night. Last resort option. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I hoped but it worked. Front desk staff has always been great and helpful.

The initial room we were assigned had the interior lock busted off the door. It was lying on top of a dresser. The door had clearly been kicked in. That is not what you want to see as soon as you walk into the room. I requested a different room and was given one on the second floor and told it was directly above the check-in desk. I had to go outside and enter a stairwell to the second floor that required an electronic room key access. There we men sitting around outside the building which made you feel awkward as to making sure the door closed behind you. The room was not located as told. It was six or seven doors further down the very rough-looking hallway. The newly assigned room was very old as was the interior look of the hotel. The tiles on the bathroom floor literally cracked as you walked into the bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and to make matters worse, there was pubic hair in the shower. It was not cleaned very well. It was a bad experience. Based on the online pictures during reservation, I expected a hotel with a vacation company name like Wyndham attached to it to be a much better experience.

The condition of the room we were given was poor and upon investigation we discovered that everything had not been thoroughly cleaned. I discovered trash from previous inhabitants in the drawers of the nightstand and there was a receipt from a store evident between the cushions on the sofa. My husband was totally disgusted with the condition of the bathroom and insisted that we leave early since the cleanliness was dubious. We did not stay for breakfast, I looked and the offerings were at best extremely limited.

The customer service was ok but the room was not clean to a good standard. The sheets had all types of stans, the window curtain was torn. I was told that I had to take the sheets of the bed and then bring them to the front desk to retrieve new ones. Was sure if there was bedbug or not but it looked like signs of it. I have to check out and find another hotel because I nor my daughters felt save. Our Uber driver thought we were crazy for staying there. The reviews on the hotel site were misleading and I was very disappointed. Will no book at this hotel location again.

Very outdated! Beds uncomfortable. Bathroom had cracks in the sink and shower. Our room wasn't bad but our friend's room pull out sofa had stains all over it. It was disgusting!

Absolutely gross and infested with roaches.
My husband and I came for a concert and booked this hotel room due to reviews. Upon arrival it was nothing like we expected. We booked a king room and instead were given a double sized bed. When we walked into the room it was very aged and carpets dirty. We got ready right away for our concert and headed out. Upon arriving back to the room I lifted up my clothing I had folded on the desk and a cockroad ran out of them. I tried passing it off as maybe just one until we got into the bed and there was one on the headboard. We finally got into bed after taking the bed down to the mattress to make sure we weren't sleeping with other bugs. Around 3am we were awoken to a loud bang, only to find out the large mirror had fallen off the wall and hit the bed next to us. When we got up another roach ran into the alarm clock. Going into the bathroom thrre were multiple found. When we started looking at the walls my husband and I saw multiple squished from prior residents. We ended up checking out early because I could not sleep there anymore. I let the desk agent know and she said "I'm so sorry, they are tearing down some rooms so the bugs come out. Here's the number/email for the manager." I have tried reaching out to them multiple times and left a message but have gotten nothing back. This was Oct 12. Today is Oct 23. It is sad my one night away with my husband after 3 years due to an autistic child was ruined by bugs and uncleanness. They were literally running out of our clothing.

The front office staff were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The road beside the hotel had questionable homeless people asking for money when we were walking to dinner. We saw a drug deal happening and the next day there were needles laying in the yard beside the sidewalk between the hotel and main road. I would definately stay at the hotel again!

Booked a king bed.. went toncheck in after being told on thuraday between 1-2, arrived at 1:30 friday and told to come backbat 3, went to grab dinner, got a call no king beds ava " given to walk in's instead of thoughs who booked". Got back to hotel and lady at dek was over whelded with the people in lobby waiting to check in. Unprofessional and not willing to do anything to mke thing right. Bad neightboorhood with street walkers and tweekers all around. Continental breakfast was a joke... all the had sat was the waffle maker and juice sunday nothing.. was told friday nothing also. They knew pwople were coming in for the jelly roll concert so we were stuck taking what they had
