Got there on Valentine's around midnight for checkin. We had booked the suite with whirlpool tub for a bit of pampering, but it was not functional. The room was, in general, run down and not in the condition one would expect for the price. Had it not been midnight, we probably would have requested a refund and gone elsewhere. We had asked for a noon checkout, but we were asked by a phone call and two rude visits to the door if we were checking out soon.
