    Check in nightmare

    I had no issues with the staff or the hotel at all. However, my experience with hotels.com made it a nightmare to check in. To begin with the hotel never received my booking information. For an aftrnoin the Manager , Stevie Wilson and I repeatecly reauested for hotels.com to resend the booking information. Once we finally got the information needed to check in, Stevie began the process of checking me in. During this time is when she discovered that the virtual card supplied by you was declined and she was unable to accept a payment. I can not tell you how embarrased it was to stand there and have a manager of a hotel tell me that I cant check in due to your companies error. MAJOR ERROR!!! Even Stevie was livid that she had a paying guest standing in front of her that needed assiatnce and there was nothing left to do but count of your team to fix the issue. I waited 3 hours to check into my room all because of the lack of professionalism given by hotels.com I typically do not expect anyone to give me a hand out but in this case I believe an apology isnt going to be enough for you to receive my business ever again. I would like to speK with a supervisor immediately.
