Don't bother

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Cleanliness, attentive to guests needs and repairs to the property.
We were put in a handicapped room when that is not what we needed. First room had a rack for hanging clothes that was literally falling off the wall and could not be used at all. When we closed the door, there was litter on the floor...a candy wrapper and other bits of paper. Obviously, when staff vacuumed they did not bother to look behind the main door. We requested a new room and were given a different handicapped room that was cleaner at least on the surface. Breakfast served 6-9 was not true. The food was all gone by 8:10. When I asked if they could restock I was told they already did 3 times! Part of the issue was that other guests were eating and then packing up huge amounts of food to take for the day. This should be monitored and prohibited if the hotel cannot continue to restock for all guests through 9 am. The staff was courteous...I do not lay the blame on them but on the owners and management for grossly under staffing to save money! The same person working the front desk was in charge of the breakfast and could not keep up. No tables were cleaned, garbage containers overflowing and customers needing help at the counter. Our room was cleaned 2 days but not at all th e 3rd day. Our towels were still on the floor, wastebaskets full and we were out of toilet tissue. We had to go to the desk and get towels and toilet paper ourselves. By being under staffed and not training employees to care the standard is lowered to an unacceptable level!!

NASTY hotel

This place was horribly filthy and I would never have stayed here if I could've gotten a refund. There was mold on the shower curtain, stains on the comforters, tears all over the desk chair, and more. It was horrible and especially for the money we paid. I am disgusted and very disappointed.

Hotel was conveint and overall good. Breakfast ended too early on Sunday.

Service & Price Good but God Bed Bugs

I stayed at this hotel on May 21, 2017 and got bed bugs. The hotel allowed me to check in early. We selected this hotel because of the great price and their willingness to find us a room before 3pm. The room was mostly clean but bathroom and bedding could use improvement. I decided to take a 3 hour nap and woke up with bumps on my arm, face, and leg from the side I was sleeping on. I toke a shower and checked out immediately so only had my hotel room for 6 hours. It wasn't worth it for me to put my 3 children at risk for catching them too. We travel for business all throughout the year and stay in all types of hotels and I have not got bed bugs. I really appreciate them working with us to get room early but we take sanitization very seriously. I've heard hotels don't wash comforters often so I didn't use these. I only slept on the fitted and thin white sheet. I think some rooms may be fine and others may have some issues because the room didn't look too bad. Overall, the price & service was good but not happy about bed bugs.

Unhappy Camper

Was very disappointed. Upon entry to building, I noticed that the conference/breakfast area was in disarray. Refrigerator in the room was more like a wine refrigerator which didn't work. Beds looked as though they were just thrown together. Floor didn't look like it was vacuumed. The bathroom lacked a blow dryer.

So many things wrong!

Pros: the location , near shopping and tons of restaurants
Cons: upgrading and being aware of what's going on. knowing which rooms need maintenance, when to throw out a bedspread (holes) eat
Our first room didn't have any cold water, so we had to brush our teeth leaning over the tub. So we were told maintenance would be in in the morning to fix it. the next morning we were told maintenance would not be in, would we like to change rooms? Yes we would. So the next night we only had one wash cloth for the 4 of us and there were cigarette burn holes in one of the bedspreads. Ok, so we go out for the entire day, get back about 4:30pm and our room was not cleaned. I go to the desk and catch the housekeeping just before they were leaving. She comes to the room gives fresh towels and makes the beds. (not a good clean) We were disappointed in our stay. Never before have we had so any issues ind a single hotel. We were on the ground floor and it was super loud too. We heard it from upstairs and beside us, I didn't sleep well at all! So I would not venture near hear again! and wouldn't suggest for others to stay either. Oh and the second room had issues with flushing, so we went to the desk and were offered a plunger...not sure what the policy is on that, but seriously??

Noisy room

With Hotels.com we got the worst room in the hotel. First floor right next to the lobby. Noisy all night.
