Okay hotel, clean, but door lock broke
Posted Oct 8, 2016
I arrived at 1am so I wasn't expecting much trouble at check in. Got my key card and headed upstairs. Tried them and they didn't work, so I went back to get them fixed. Lady at the desk recharged them. Tried again. Door still not responding. She came up with me a third time and tried to manually reset the lock. That didn't work. She went to grab new key cards again. That didn't work. After 30 min of fussing she unlocked it with her master key and I just told her to forget about my card as I was only staying overnight. Had it been a longer stay I would have been annoyed not to have a keycard for my room. Otherwise, hotel was clean and quiet. Not a bad place for an overnight visit. Probably wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.

We are happy that the stay was good other than the door lock. We do have to change lock batteries quite often due to them dying and going out. We apologize for the inconvenience.
