convenient location

Hotel closest to hockey rink where had games over weekend. Enthusiastically greeted by staff upon arrival. Room clean. Plenty of room which came with operating small refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was basic

Nobody cares

I've stayed here on and off and the staff is always different. Told them about people yelling in the hall till after 3am and was asked why i didnt call them? They didn't care one bit. Good luck getting a good nights sleep in this place..

Noisy noisy noisy

Two nights I stayed and I probably got 4 hours of sleep a night due to noise in the hallway.

Try and Try Again

It took 3 times to get to a room with fully working parts!! The room was clean, television worked, but the rooms accommodations were not in good shape and had obviously been used hard!! Ok to stay here in a pinch-- the lower price was only what I would pay to stay here! The staff did do their best to get me to a good room! Missing shower curtains, television didn't work- they are working on these things.

Excellent place to stay and really comfortable beds , staff was helpful too . Location great and close to everything.

Don't bother

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Cleanliness, attentive to guests needs and repairs to the property.
We were put in a handicapped room when that is not what we needed. First room had a rack for hanging clothes that was literally falling off the wall and could not be used at all. When we closed the door, there was litter on the floor...a candy wrapper and other bits of paper. Obviously, when staff vacuumed they did not bother to look behind the main door. We requested a new room and were given a different handicapped room that was cleaner at least on the surface. Breakfast served 6-9 was not true. The food was all gone by 8:10. When I asked if they could restock I was told they already did 3 times! Part of the issue was that other guests were eating and then packing up huge amounts of food to take for the day. This should be monitored and prohibited if the hotel cannot continue to restock for all guests through 9 am. The staff was courteous...I do not lay the blame on them but on the owners and management for grossly under staffing to save money! The same person working the front desk was in charge of the breakfast and could not keep up. No tables were cleaned, garbage containers overflowing and customers needing help at the counter. Our room was cleaned 2 days but not at all th e 3rd day. Our towels were still on the floor, wastebaskets full and we were out of toilet tissue. We had to go to the desk and get towels and toilet paper ourselves. By being under staffed and not training employees to care the standard is lowered to an unacceptable level!!

NASTY hotel

This place was horribly filthy and I would never have stayed here if I could've gotten a refund. There was mold on the shower curtain, stains on the comforters, tears all over the desk chair, and more. It was horrible and especially for the money we paid. I am disgusted and very disappointed.
