The only thing I could say negative was the hospitality area off the lobby was less than desirable, although the Staff working it were great. Oh, also, only one elevator, so during a busy time, patience is needed.

Staff was super kind and helpful. Very generous breakfast and adult bevs in the evening. The only thing was being in a room on the 1st floor end was noisy due to people going in and out of the building so didnt sleep well. Otherwise great

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, I feel the room was showing wear and tear. The bathroom door was all torn on the bottom of the door and the hinges are rusty. The bed’s platform is torn. Also, there was garbage in the corner of the bathroom near the tub. The sink was clogged, so it took awhile for water to drain, so I had to trickle the faucet.

Very pleasant staff. Breakfast and dinner were included in price. Several food selections to choose from. Alternatively, there are several nice sit down and to go restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Indoor pool and exercise room are available (we didnt use this trip). Building very secure, parking ample. Only downside that i would say is that our room smelled when we first when in...like a wet or closed up smell. No other issues, we would definitely stay again.

Room was available upon checkin. They were accommodating students for a conference but it was still quiet in the halls. Room was clean and neat. There were plenty of dining options close by. I would stay here again.

10/10 I would definitely recommend and be coming back to stay here. Not only was the check in process was a breeze, the staff was great, they offer complimentary fresh popcorn in the lobby along with dinner and drinks.

Definitely stay again!
This hotel compared to others in the immediate area is a 10/10. Free breakfast, Free dinner and snacks with free alcoholic drinks and free Soda. I would definitely stay here again. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels in room. Hot tub needs a good cleaning but pool was perfect temp.

This was our second visit to this hotel in a month. It is a great location and the staff is exceptional. We thought our cat had slipped out of our room the morning we were checking out. Everyone pitched in to help look for her.

It’s really a cute place .. Nicole checked me in she was fantastic, welcomed us, made sure I had transportation to the concert, showed me around the lobby, dining area.. Definitely will stay again!

Hotel in need of repairs. Happy hour and breakfast staffed with 1 person. Ran out of food quickly and staff did not return for approximately 20-30 minutes. Upkeep at hotel lacking. Large fight in parking lot at 1:00am. Hotel has overnight armed guard because of frequent issues.

For starters, Nicole at the front desk provided exceptional service. We normally stay at one of the hotels in the cluster farther off the main road but they were all booked. I was hesitant to stay here, but likely to stay again. Clean & comfy & the walking distance to Darryl’s restaurant didn’t hurt either.

So very disappointed
I typically love Drury Inn and Suites. There seems to be one wherever each of my four children live, so I feel like I can say that I frequent them. I usually stay at the one in Burlington several times a year. That one was sold out so I decided to try the one in Greensboro. I will never do that again. The first night the room stunk so badly of smoke but I didn't want to complain then there was crazy amounts of noise throughout the hotel until 3:00 am. So the next morning I requested a room change. The two ladies at the desk were wonderful and got me a new room One of them was Nicole. Extremely personable and efficient. The new room stunk as well but it was quieter, so I dealt with it. The next day Nicole informed me that she had comped my first night because it was so awful. I was so very appreciative of that gesture. I have now been home three days and there is no comp on my charge card. So to wrap up, the entire hotel was sub par and the employees should only say things they actually mean because all misinformation does it make it worse.
