Great stay

Pros: My husband and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was very nice, the room was very comfortable, very good variety of breakfast items. Very nice stay, I would recommend this hotel.
Cons: No comment no comment no comment no comment no comment
Location: There were several hotels nearby, gas station, close to the highway and plenty of places to eat.

The Hotel Stay.

Pros: The location was great and close to the airport for convenient.
Cons: A better job on keeping the rooms clean also, vacuum the carpets more often
Location: Lovcation Was great.
The location was very nice it was only about 2 miles from the airport which was very convenient for me because I had a very early flight on Monday morning. The stay at the hotel was not great at all the room I had smell so I had to go to a walmart and got some air freshener to get rid of the smell also, the curtains would not close all the way so, I had to deal with that and the breakfast was not what I expected so I didn't have any breakfast at the hotel went out and had breakfast. I have stayed at quite a few Fairfield Inn and they was always very clean so, this was quite a shock when this one wasn't clean.

Ok hotel

Hotel staff did not have customer service skills...dress on female was completely inappropriate for any business...short shorts and high heels. Hotel room was ok, would work if you just had one night to stay before a flight. Overall, just ok. Would probably choose a different hotel next time.

Never Better!

Awesome hotel, very clean, staff especially courteous, front desk clerk (Marina was wonderful). Bed was comfortable, great bathroom toiletries. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

There area looked a little unpleasant due to the construction. I was concerned until we actually entered the hotel. The room was just okay.

Convenient to PTI Airport

The front desk lady, Marina, is very bubbly, friendly and helpful. Great to have a cheerful person checking you in/out. The room is spacious and I had a good night sleep there!

Staycation

Pros: Location was great!
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: There is basically anything you would want to do within a few miles of the hotel, from restaurants to theaters.
I wanted to get away from the home, with a significant other and didn't want to break the bank in doing so. This place was convenient, and surprisingly quiet in its proximity of the airport. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Honestly, this is not even close to the 4.5

Pros: the staff
Cons: everything else
This was an overall disappointment. NOT a 4.5. Uncomfortable beds and linens, room smelled of bad cleaning chemicals, unswept hallways, cold bacon and eggs in the morning. did not live up to the reviews. I will note the staff was super friendly. That always means a lot.
