I just had a disastrous stay. When I checked in the room they gave me hadn't been cleaned. The desk told me to put my belonging in the closet and they be sure to tell the maids to clean it. When I came back in the evening the room had been serviced as a stay-over not a new guest. They had to send someone down to redo the bedding. That night while using the microwave the breaker blew and I had to go all evening into the next morning without TV or lights on one wall of the room. The 2nd day I got no service. Stopped by desk and was told it had to be requested (really? Paying close to $100 a night and room cleaning has to be requested?) so I requested it. The water pressure in the shower was nill. The water should come out in a straight stream, the water came on out like a droopy fountain. I can pee harder that the water flowed from the shower head. When I checked in, I was told the times for breakfast. When I went down to get breakfast I was told it cost additional, it was not included with my room. The property was clean overall and the employees all were very nice, it was just that everything went wrong.
