Great hotel for a business trip

I have no complaints for this hotel! Great option for a business traveler. I spent three nights here. Room wasn't comfortable. It was helpful to have a restaurant/grill on site - especially if you don't have a car! Staff was amazingly friendly. Overall great experience, and great price.

Wonderful Stay at Hilton Garden Inn

The service was excellent and this location is excellent for getting around. It is also very close to the airport.

Clean hotel

Cons: See above.
Location: its convientintly located near a couple of inexpensive restaurants and even a drug store for air travelers.
I like Hilton Garden Inn, my only issues with these hotels are always the same issues, the AC is too noisy for sleeping, and the bathroom vanity light is not good enough for shaving in the morning. Otherwise, it's a clean and comfortable place to stay.

The hotel is very clean very close to major restaurants and stores. Traveling on business and the hotel fit my needs. However, breakfast was an extra fee.

Clean, friendly and convenient.

I stayed here for 3 nights for the Spring High Point Market. The hotel is clean, friendly and convenient. They sent a shuttle to the airport (GSO) to pick me up, and they are on the Market shuttle route, which is super convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good in the morning--home made omelets with your choice of fillings, fresh fruit, etc. They have coffee and water in the lobby for your convenience. I used the gym which was small but well equipped and clean. I will stay here again.

Decent place for a business trip.

The first room I was put into looked good until I walked into the bathroom. When I walked in I noticed an odor and the bathtub had about 2 inches of brown water in it. I walked downstairs and asked for another room and they immediately gave me a replacement. Staff was friendly but not overly apologetic. They didn't seem shocked, which I felt was odd. Second room I had no issues with. Aside from that, this is good place to stay on business.

Oh no! Our deepest apologies. We have been working on replacing parts in every shower in the hotel. In the course of doing this, water is shut off to a stack of rooms which share the same supply. When the water is turned back on sediment in the pipe, which was loosened, comes out. Maintenance must not have gotten back to tidy the room before you arrived. Our staff should have done a better job handling this situation. Than you for letting is know so that we could use this as a teaching opportunity! We hope to see you again the next time you visit our area. Safe travels!

Good Hotel but had a Broken Hot Tub

I booked this hotel knowing they had a hot tub indoors and knew it would be good to relax in it after a long day with family at the Hospital. When I asked the front desk at check-in about the hours of the pool/hot tub area, she didn't mention anything about the hot tub being broken... I found out later that evening when I went to use it. If I would have known this prior, I would have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express next door, it would have been cheaper AND also included free breakfast.
