Nikki and Natalie was great. I am a travel nurse and they were very helpful. My stay was very quiet and comfortable. Kitchenette was very nice to have. Plenty of parking with good lighting.

They need more space for parking. They don’t have made service. The rooms you see on the tv in the lobby ; is not how the rooms look. For 1 they had roaches. Had to ask for another shower curtain cause the one i have was molded. You get no cover; they give you one thin sheet as cover. No made service. Either have to wash your own stuff or wait ‘‘tis Thursday and i did and she never came . Or either buy more towels,rags or covers. But keep an eye out for your things cause they have roaches. Expedia! Why you always giving me bad rooms.

Stayed 7 days. Room service was scheduled for 1 time on Tuesday. Never happened. You couldnt exchange towels nor request soap shampoo not even toilet paper.

You get what you pay for, except the wifi
The hotel was about as you would expect - nothing special with few amenities: a couple beds, a small kitchenette, a bathroom and a small pull out sofa. The room was a little dirty - the floors were sticky, the curtains were holey, there was a huge stain on the carpet, and the closet door was previously broken and badly repaired. I didn't have high expectations, so none of this was a problem for the cheap price. The biggest problem I had was that the wifi didn't work during my stay. It would drop most of the day, yet I had to pay a technology fee which covered wifi. As a self-employed person, I depend on wifi and couldn't work during my trip. I called tech support a few times, talked to the GM a couple times, and contact corporate a couple times and never received a response, apology, or a refund.

I was very uncomfortable, there were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. I ran out of toilet paper and I had to go out and purchase my own. I was there for a week and housekeeping came the day before I checked out.

Let me start off by saying that I had originally booked through Expedia for a month stay at In Town Suites of High Point for a month. We are relocating from PA to NC, and I wanted to get a feel for.the area before I signed a lease. On the way there, (8 hour drive+) I call to tell them I might need a late check in (which is always available via a phone call to their overnight staff.) I am then informed that they have no rooms available for that day or the next as it is a day to day availability basis. So I'm freaking out with my whole family and a moving truck on my way down. I call Expedia and they assure me it isn't my fault and that they will figure something out. They can't get a hold of ANYONE all night until 11 am the next morning, just to tell them they are still booked. So they finally find me a room at the Greensboro location....let me tell you 1. They all should be banned from online booking. 2. If a hotel is 150% cheaper than almost every other one, there HAS to be a reason. I ended up being incredibly grateful that I only booked this one for a week to feel it out, and ended up leaving 3 days early because I was so tired of my kids having to walk by crackheads and prostitutes to get to the car or room. The rooms are cleaned once a week, regardless of if someone had checked in or out before then. It. SHOWS. I'm honestly not sure if they ever do actually clean them. I got disinfectant wipes to go to the bathroom, and went and bought rags and chemicals to scrub the tub

There are roaches EVERYWHERE. I BOUGHT A GALLON SIZED ROACH SPRAY. SPRAYED EVERYWHERE AND LEFT. WHEN I CAME BACK THEY WERE EVERYWHERE. CRAWLING ON THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM SINKS, FOOD CABINETRY, TOILET, WALLS AND ONE WAS EVEN IN THE BED WITH MY NEWBORN. I KILLED Q8 ROACHES IN 5 HOURS. I SLEPT IN MY CAR OVER NIGHT!!! I HAVE VIDEOS AND PICTURES OF THE INFESTATION

By the window there is a bunch of flying ants, and they were flying around the room. I didnt notice it until I started to get bitten and I didnt want to say anything, I told my fiance we wouldn't be back and didnt want to complain about the situation. I would have stayed longer and I did the last time I came here.

Check in was fine and Erika was very nice. I asked for another room as mine had visible mold on the window sill and smelled terrible upon entrance to the room. They did not have one available as they were all booked up. The place is in desperate need of a remodel and they know that. Every surface seemed to be stained or worn out to some degree. I only stayed 1 of my 4 nights as I was able to find another option for my trip. They refunded the remaining 3 nights of my stay which I appreciated very much. I would wait to book a room here until the remodel is underway.

Got to the hotel at 10pm to check in. There was no one at the front office. There was a sign that said “After hours call the attendant on property” I called the number and the woman said “we are closed”. I told her I had a paid reservation and all I needed was a key. She said “who did you book it through?” I said Expedia, she said “call them” and hung up

The front desk staff were really great and it was nice to be able to review the room before confirming our stay at check-in. While it was a non-smoking room, you could tell that people had smoked in there prior or it was surrounded by smoking rooms. The bathroom was mostly clean, however there was a bit of mold on the shower head and around the tile on the floor. There was water damage on the ceiling above the TV that caused the popcorn treatment on the ceiling to start to fall. Also, the drywall around the air unit was starting to crumble. Perhaps the most inconvenient thing was when we turned on the heat, it smelled burnt and caused the smoke detector in the room to go off. Other than that, the room was a fine place to rest for a night.

Attitude adjustment
The service really sucks here. The staff really needs to work on their attitude. One of the staff members their has a terrible attitude. I believe her name is Erika. She constantly rolled her eyes as customers walked away and it was very unpleasant to watch.
