There was a dirty used wash cloth hanging over the rail of the shower curtain and a big red stain in the carpet by the window. One of the drawers on the night stand was punched in not to mention the police had to be called for a woman running around the halls naked. I love, well used to love, quality inn stays but it seems they have gone down hill. I’m glad I got the room on a discount and didn’t pay full price. Will not be returning to a quality in or choice brand hotel in the future.

Comfortable, clean hotel at a great rate..

I was in town for a business trip and needed a comfortable room to come back to every night. This hotel more than met my expectations. It’s an older hotel but it’s been redone and looks great. The bed was comfortable and having a nice desk and comfy desk chair was a huge plus. Breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs were only served on the weekends but it’s not a deal breaker. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

Restless Night

The motel was very noisy from children running up and down the hallways, doors slamming, and loud talking from people next door. That went on until 4 am in the morning. Then around 8 am the noise started again. The drapes in our room did not come all the way across, therefore at night it looked like daylight in our room. Other than that no complaints. I would come back again.

Disgusting

I had to check out early due to bug bites and a dirty room. The manager was very rude and unpleasant and intitally refused my request for a refund.

Fantastic service

The facility is very clean and has easy access to many stores just a few miles down the interstate. When I checked in Devante was the staff at the front desk and he was very respectful and welcoming. The breakfast has a wide range of items to choose from. The only downside that I saw was the pool was not heated but it is indoors. If I'm in the area again I would definitely stay here.

Disappointed

Carpet in room was stained and not vacuumed well, sheet had stains, and some of the towels in bathroom were not clean. Staff was polite and apologetic. Gave us clean sheets & towels. The people in the room beside us were loud and noisey for 2 hrs. I had to call front desk twice, then at midnight, we finally requested to be moved to another room. Hallways had not been vacuumed well, curtains at window in both rooms had stains.Will not book here again.

Nice Hotel - Pool BIG disappointment

Accommodations were just great for the price Pof. We chose this hotel though bc it had an indoor pool. The heater I guess was broken though, and so it was so cold (75-78 degrees) there was no way to swim. Also, pool ceiling could use some updates, along with the pool area itself.
