Enjoyable stay. Great breakfast brunch

Pros: The hotel was clean, quiet and offered great service.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike about my stay.I felt the service was great from the front desk, house keeping and food service.

Average Hotel, nothing special

Pros: Room was clean, I can not proceed without writing more that I like about the hotel, but this is all I did. I would not stay here again. Personally did not like the place
Cons: Food in the Ale House is not very good and the breakfast area is too small to seat enough people during times such as the Furniture Market. I was a single person for breakfast and was never able to sit down inside. I either went outside near the pool area to sit or took quick items back to my room Also if you are putting cookies in the lobby for quests they should be kept in a cleaner environment and not be stale

Clean and Comfortable

Pros: The bed slept very nicely, the bathroom and floors were clean, and the staff was friendly.
Cons: Hotel visitors with animals should be kept on one floor.
Check in was seamless however our reservation included breakfast & we were not provided with breakfast cards. When we inquired we were given one card instead of two which caused a little confusion when we attempted to eat. Otherwise the staff was friendly. The floors, bathrooms, and hallways were very clean. The bed was clean as well, and very comfortable.

They are trying to please, renovation distracts

Place was for overnight, so fine for purpose, there is just a lot of construction waste all over the place, but inside rooms are fine and pleasant

Construction during my stay. First room didn't have working air conditioning. I was accommodated by being moved to another room. The room I was moved to didn't have a refrigerator nor a microwave as was advertised. Non working ice machine

Location was good, close to Mall.

This hotel need a lot of work. Floor tile cracking, Carpet old, Breakfast was good they just need it in a better location. Took a trip to the mall when I returned they forgot to clean my room. Called front deck to get wash cloths and towels they told me I had to wait for a staff come on duty. Was able to find someone myself and get them. Others was checking in and when they went to there rooms they wasn't clean yet.

Being renovated

Pros: Location
Hotel has great potential, but renovations are far from complete. The room was large and the bed very comfortable.. However a dog show was being held at the hotel during our five night stay. Quite annoying hearing dogs bark in the rooms beside us and across the hall late at night and early in the morning. Hotel is very convenient to shopping centers and restaurants. We will give this hotel another try when construction is complete.

Cons: Breakfast buffet was terrible.
Still under construction. I gave this hotel a substandard rating 6 weeks ago, and Expedia booked this hotel again.

way overpriced for quality of service

Pros: legends
Cons: customer service
Location: under construction not much to do around
toilet leaked water all over floor rooms not clean no hotel shuttle for dinner transportation even though always have in the past
