Worth the price

The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do but on a hill by itself so there is more privacy

Not too bad

Posted Aug 28, 2017
Pros: There was a bar with entertainment.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was a bit to be desired for. Do everyone a favor and remove the biscuits and gravy! The omelets were terrific!
Location: Dino's Sports Bar and Grill is a must stop location. Wow! What a menu! And plenty of TVs.
I wasn't happy that the pool was closed for a special event. I did not find this out until I checked in. But overall it was a decent place to stay.

I apologize about the pool closer during your stay. We will also take a look at our breakfast buffet to see how we might improve it but we are glad that you enjoyed your made to order omelet.

Poor service, good breakfast

Posted Aug 19, 2017
We had 2 rooms. It's August, upon arrival air conditioning doesn't work. Then one of the TV's don't work, it gets reported, doesn't get fixed. One room asks for no cleaning, the other does and every day never received any new towels. They left towels on the ground in bathroom and for a 4 night stay never received any new towels -- and they asked for them repeatedly. They just never showed up.

Ken, I am sorry that you stay was not a very good experience. We have been very short staffed in our housekeeping department while that is no excuse for poor service it may explain it. I will be talking with not only my housekeeping department but my maintenance department about that issues that you have brought to my attention. If you would like to discuss your stay further please call me directly at the hotel. Thank you again for bringing these issues to my attention.

Ramada Inn for USDAA Dog Agility Show

Posted Aug 17, 2017
Pros: lots of grass to walk dogs
Cons: nothing
Location: Near Latrobe, PA home of Steelers training camp. Near B&D Activity Center - hosts many agility trials
Staff was very friendly. Told us about the discount for people traveling for agility trials, but you need to call to make the reservation to get the discount. Lots of grass to walk dogs and rooms are really nice size.
