The bathroom needed a good deep cleaning. Did not know there would be no amenities until we get there. Need to do some paving in all of the parking lots! Need to tell people before hand, even if it is because of covid !

The room was clean but the property was in need of TLC. It was run down and the flags were tattered. The parking lot had lots of pot holes and the stairwell smelled like tobacco smoke. Staff was friendly.

Because of Covid-19 we were unable to go to bar, restaurant or swim in the pool. So we paid the price we did to just be able to sit in our room all night.

The room was filthy with stains everywhere. Room smelt like mold and we check out 5 minutes after arriving because they did not have another room to offer us. The management service was also terrible and would not give us a refund.

We didn’t even stay at this hotel. They turned off cable tv. No pool. No continental breakfast. No food at all really. Hotel should be closed for the time being. Covid really hit this place hard. Thankful for the front desk guy that pointed my husband and I to a different hotel.

Below the usual standards
We were informed that there was no TV service available, except for the one in the lobby. I believe that there was also some kind of construction going on 24/7 near our room roof. Sounded like a compressor running. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. We have stayed there before but were disappointed this trip.

OK stay. The hotel itself is a bit tricky to find from Route 30. The lobby is beautiful and the restaurant, which was closed, seems very nice. The room was clean enough, not spotless, but the furniture was old and beat-up and there were spots on the carpet. Also plagued by noisy people in nearby rooms, which wasn't really the hotel's fault.

Expect the unexpected in the whirlpool!
Overall, the stay was great. A few of the items listed on my reservation were not available in my room even upon request at the front desk, but not the end of the world. It took four tries to use our whirlpool because the first time we started to fill the tub the water cane out dark brown. Upon draining and refilling the tub, as soon as the water level hit the jets our tub filled with black dirt and debris that was coming from inside of the jet ports. The third time we filled the whirlpool, when we kicked the jets on our entire bath was filled with more of the same debris. So, after going to Walmart and buying cleaning chemicals and scrub rags and throughly scrubbing the tub and flushing the jets, we were finally able to use our bath.

Nothing was open due to this virus. Was kinda upset they couldn't give us a bit of a discount since the only thing we had access to was the room. Pool, restaurant, bar, continental breakfast was all closed. Had to go out and find our own food. They said they didn't have to since it was a notional emergency. They could have if they wanted to.

The room service would not answer for hours, our food wasn’t cooked the right way for paying as much as we did. The bed was wet when we arrived. The shower curtain was totally destroyed. Our door handle to the room was broken and we could not enter after leaving.

The place wasnt terrible. I would stay again but with different expectations. We booked a room with a hot tub and it was dirty. The room looked NOTHING like the pictures. We got locked out multiple times because the keys werent working. But the actual hotel was nice. The staff was great and you get what you pay for

We like the pleasent staff and the breakfast in the morning is exceptional. But they gave us a different room than what we booked and that upset us very much because I booked a king size bed and they gave us two double beds. They did fix it for us but they said it was Expedia's fault not theirs. I've been booking through Expedia for about five years now and have never experienced this issue before.

A Win at Ramada
The location and hotel service was amazingly pleasant. Breakfast was in a lovely large room. People often make the difference. On my stay I enjoyed the friendly service of both Diane and Dan I’m the free breakfast area. My room was clean and very spacious.

They were good about fixing a mistake one of their staff made regarding booking. My only gripe is that we picked this hotel over cheaper options specifically because it had an indoor pool but the heater was broken and too cold to swim in, which meant I had limited entertainment options to keep my kids occupied in the middle of February.
