Nice hotel in GreensburgPosted Nov 20, 2015
Pros: It was clean and comfortable, the staff was great, and the included breakfast was very good.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: Convenient to Greensburg, the Laurel Highlands and Pittsburgh.
A very nice, reasonably-priced hotel that includes a real breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the area!

Nice Hotel, but hard to find the drivewayPosted Oct 27, 2015
Pros: It's proximity to my son's college; the included breakfast.
Cons: Signage/directions to the actual hotel/
Location: Seton Hill Univ. is nearby, & Pittsburgh isn't too far off. There is a mall across the street, with the expected other commercial opportunities.
The Ramada desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The included hot breakfast was very good, but the staff in the dining room was a bit slow (and hard to identify--they didn't appear to be wearing uniforms or nametags). However, when we arrived on a dark evening, figuring out how to get to the hotel (which is up on a hill) was a challenge. Better signage for the driveway (in the middle of a commercial area with several winding roads/driveways) would be really helpful. The room was nicely sized and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The room doors did not sealPosted Oct 25, 2015
The most important component of the stay is uninterrupted sleep. Due to the door was not sealed and let light and every conversation in, sleep was delayed. There needs to be a roaming Ramada representative to ensure a curfew of 11pm.

StaffPosted Oct 20, 2015
Pros: Everything you need was there. Restaurant, lounge, comfortable bed and great shower!
Location: Convenient to the Palace Theatre
All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. We were seeing a show at the Palace Theatre and decided to spend the night. We plan on returning and would definitely recommend.

Welcoming, good servicePosted Oct 15, 2015
Pros: Price, staff friendliness, room comfort.
Cons: It is undergoing renovation, which must happen periodically. Staff handles it well, so no real suggestions for improvement!
Location: We were passing through on a road trip, so I can't speak to this.
This is th second time we have stayed at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, especially the dining room staff. Rooms are typical, and some renovation is occurring, but the room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was good.

Nice hotel for a weekend away but...Posted Sep 22, 2015
The hotel was clean and most of the were pleasant but we were not notified that the fitness center would be closed, this was one of the reasons we choose this hotel. The lounge staff were not pleasant and should learn how to pour a draft correctly. When you pay for a draft you want a full glass not 2/3 glass.
