I made a last minute booking and got a great rate. The room, linens, and bathroom were extremely clean. Staff was friendly, breakfast and toiletries are provided. Simple, but more than satisfactory stay. I’d certainly go again.

After a previous unpleasant experience at a different Red Roof Inn, we worried about another one. This one was quite different. The room was pleasant and had a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. This was useful because we were carrying many food items to distribute over several days. The bathtub drain drained slowly when we arrived. When we alerted staff as we went out the next day, it was fixed when we returned. As we cleaned our own crumbs as we were leaving, we discovered much dust that should have been removed before we checked in. Maybe the room had not been used for several days. The room door knob had broken the plaster on the wall despite a reinforcement having been installed. The mesh of the plaster was visible in the depression. When I informed the desk, they said "That keeps happening in that one room." Not sure if that's a good answer. Coffee available 24 hours, but no breakfast items. It is convenient to numerous restaurants. But we would definitely stay there again if we needed to.

Hotel was fine. Only dissapointment was I arrived an hour early, but they charge $15 for early check in. I feel that if you are close and the room is ready this fee should not be chanrged.

No Elevator
The hotel was clean and comfortable our only complaint is there is no elevator so you will have to carry all items up stairs if you are on the 2nd floor
