It wasn't bad but not very clean. The bathroom especially, it looked as if whoever cleaned up swept all the trash behind the door. The floors were also dirty. The TV also was a problem, I couldn't find any channels and it kept going in and out. Overall, for the price I guess it was ok.

It’s was a pleasant place nice quite.. my room was ok just that sink was backuped.. n I couldn’t understand u can have dogs but u couldn’t smoke had to go outside or in my car ..

When I show up Dana the manager has my room and key waiting, check in takes about 30 seconds. She's the best hotel manager in the world, and I've seen a lot of them.

The stay was not a good experience. We had loud neighbors that were screaming all night and we contacted the police 2 times. We will not be staying at this hotel again. We did speak with the manager and she tried to reassure us that she would speak with the people around us.

The place had basically your kitchen needs, it was clean by the naked eye, but there was a lot of dirt/ hair in the shower, there was a ton of dust under the bed. Only 1 hanger, no where to plug your phone and things without the charger block. 1 outlet had no cover. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work properly. Upon leaving had to take my own trash to the dumpster. There is no elevator. However I would stay again because it was cheap. $170.00 for the weekend. The A/c only goes as low as 70.

Furnishings are comfortable but dated. No lamps were provided bedside. Bathroom had sink without any cabinetry or countertop. Microwave was placed at an unsafe location--too high for most guests to reach safely when handling hot food. HVAC system great! Also included a dehumidifier. TV provided in both living & sleeping areas. Closet needs light. Surrounding area attractive, safe and convenient

I don’t want to sound negative however, upon arrival, there was a very ghetto fied argument happening in the parking lot, threats of gun violence in all types of foolishness. The attendant was very nice super apologetic, but unfortunately, that left a bad taste, then upon entering the room, the lights don’t work next the shower is cold, but I assume it’s late. Let me just chalk it up to late next morning water still cold next afternoon water still cold next night water still cold to days no hot water in the shower Furniture very antiquated, but I will say if you just wanna get away, be alone and quiet, this is the place to be no luxury just the bare minimum but quiet I just wish they had hot water

I do apologize for the scene created when you arrived. I was told the assistant handled the situation quickly and professionally. Our guests safety is very important to us and on rare occasion when a guest gets unruly we respond quickly to stop it from escalating.

At that price we should have expected what we got.
We pulled up and immediately started rethinking this stay. You get what you pay for. We decided to give it a try but after getting into the room we decided to go to a different hotel. People hanging out in front of the office and our room made it very uncomfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. The environment was not what we expected but at the price it should have been. We did get a refund without any trouble.

The price of the suite was refreshing and gave us a lot of relief. The room was clean and sanitary and very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return and stay there again. The unit was an older unit but it was very nice and comfortable loved the atmosphere. Loved the unit.

"Not a hotel suite". No housekeeping at all- take out your own garbage; but we did get a towel exchange half way through. If you want "fancy" this is not it. You can do basic cooking unless you buy or bring with you what you might need beyond a pan and skillet. But it worked for us. I got the feeling most units were for long term. The management was awesome! Everything was clean, but the carpet, even though well vacuumed, was nasty with stains; as well as the diningroom chairs. Replace those 2 things with mopable flooring and maybe totally wooden chairs, the place would feel more sanitary. One last thing is the bathroom needs a counter. The sink is a pedestal, with nowhere to put anything. There was enough room to install a counter or cabinet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Greenville and Affordable Suites made our vacation affordable. The laundry facilities were very nice. The surrounding area was quiet. Not within walking distance of much. were rented for long stays. suites

We are an extended stay hotel and we offer weekly cleaning and if our guests need anything before cleaning just let management know and it will be taken care of. We are actively doing renovations and replacing carpets.

We would definitely stay at this apartment hotel again. It is not on a main road, so there was no traffic noise and other guests were quiet. The apartments are spacious and very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Furnishings are sparse and utilitarian, but adequate considering the low nightly rate. If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. If you're seeking a quiet, safe apartment, at a great rate, it's perfect. Staff was polite and friendly.
