I picked this hotel for the good reviews it got on Expedia. But... * When I checked in, the clerk did not even ask for my license or any ID, which I found was strange as much as I travel. And also, as I was checking in, a gentleman behind me was able to get a new key by just saying he was locked out and gave her his room number. Did not make me feel very safe. * The room was okay. There were blood drops on my pillowcase, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The shower had hair on the walls of the shower along with "private" hair in the tub. The shower head needed a good cleaning along with the metal rail that had black gunk around the rims. :( *The breakfast was dry, and we were the first ones there, around 6:15am. I have staying in thousands of hotels all over the world... this one could have done better for what they charge!

It was farther then we wanted to be visiting our son at ECU but it was an easy drive and a clean hotel and a better price then the hotels in Greenville NC.

Don’t stay here.
If you like the smell of pot on every floor, 50 year old furniture, old old carpets, moldy showers, stinky rooms….than this is the hotel for you! We checked out after one night. Slept in my clothes on top of the bed. Wouldn’t subject my family to this. Glad we were able to find a Best Western close to ECU.
