Cleanliness, The lady check me in was very professional,but when I checked out. I had to hunt down the desk cleck. She saw us coming and walked away. Not professional!!

The stay was average, no microwave or refrigerator in the room made my stay inconvenient.
Staff was amazing!
My two night stay can be described as follows: cold showers, dead roach on mattress under pillow, constant smell of burning cigarettes, cold showers, limited food choices, cold showers, burning cigarettes, and lastly, cold showers in December.
Very smoky smell on main floor and in restaurants. Room was ok, nothing special. Only food available at 9pm was a limited menu cafe, where you order and pay before getting food. Sandwich was flavorless. Wait staff were totally indignant, wanted $2.95 for an empty cup so that I could have water. When I asked for a to-go box, the girl just walked away without a word. Will NEVER stay here again.
We stayed at this resort as part of a road trip and booked on the day as we needed accommodation for the night so the motivation was bed-only rather than it being particularly appealing. It’s a strange location to have a resort like this but worked for us, although we wouldn’t call it a destination resort. The room was a twin room and was massive so a good size for two sharing. Bathroom was also large with plenty of space. Beds were comfy and we had a good nights sleep. The room was not overly modern but more than adequate. Dining is very disappointing. The steak restaurant is only open certain days and the other option is order before you sit, with food delivered in polystyrene boxes and self serve drinks. Overall it was fine but we wouldn’t have stayed multiple nights.
Disappointed in the fact the restaurant was only open on the weekends. The day I checked out, unable to get my statement or visit the coffee shop as neither were available. Coffee shop "Perks" was closed, internet was down.
I loved my stay here. Nice room, Excellent Staff. I slept very well. I.m traveling by motorcycle and not only did they let me park in front of the property, they have a security guard for the parking lot. No worries about anything being messed with. As the saying goes, 2 thumbs up!

Tub was pretty nasty with blackish stains, not very well
Maintained rooms. Not much in way of tv channels. No mini fridge in room. Of course I understand as they want you to stay in casino to gamble, but I’m not a big gambler and was staying there as there is not a lot of good options in Greenville. Just overall disappointing.

People were great, but it smelled like cigarette smoke in the halls and elevator.
The room was not clean. TV remote broken and TV difficult to use. Bed stand lights were either partially or completely burned out. Bathroom was walking style, but still dont think the bathroom should have flooded. Overall I was kind with my ratings. The maids spent a lot of time just chatting. Might account for the dirty room. Actually found a candy rapper on the floor. Made me wonder if the floor was even properly vacuumed. Will not stay again.
The only good thing about this place was the decent bathtub

I like to ease of checking in. I didn’t like the smell of smoke on my pillows. I didn’t like the few channels on the television. I didn’t like that I had no microwave nor refrigerator in my room. I am waiting for the extra charge of $237 to credit back to my credit card because I reserved the room on Orbitz and paid for the room in advanced. I also didn’t like that housekeeping tried to come in my room at 9:30 this morning when check out was 11am. Luckily I had the metal lack on the door or she would have entered into my room when I was not properly dressed.
No electrical plugs beside bed. Needed several for CPAP machine and cell phone charging. Was told they were in bottom of bedside lamps…but there were no bedside lamps. Service man sent up to inspect said he would have to take the entire bed apart to find us a plug-in. Tried to call manager line to front desk always gave busy signal no matter when you called. Even tried at 3:00 am, 5:00 am etc . Plus when left hotel….no in at front desk to check out! Waited for 10 minutes. Asked everyone in site! Pitiful! Should have gotten a refund first night at midnight when I discovered we could not plug in our cell phones or CPAP.
