Staff did not change linen when requested! We left the change bedding card on the bed and they took the card so that we couldn't leave it again. Still didn't change the sheets!

Not very helpful

Cant say much for security. My phone came out of the holder on the walk from my vehicle to the front lobby. A distance of maybe 400' max. No more than 3 mins passed until I noticed it missing. I immediately went back outside to trace my steps and nowhere to be found and I had a co-worker with me and we both know for a fact I did grab it out of my vehicle. I have a pretty heavy duty rubberized case for protection since I am in the Steel producing business and in steel mills all the time. I would not hear it hit the ground due to the case being as it is.no more than 4 mins passed and I asked the guest to have security please come to the desk. I asked them if they could review their security tape as they have about 6 cameras on the front overlooking the parking lot and it was only about 5 mins ago. They first told me they don't have to good of cameras. I laughed and said, come on - you have better security than the government. I know you have facial recognition software that can pick up a person that has been barred from your casino as soon as they enter. He then said he would go back and look at the footage. He came back about 15 mins later and said he did not see anything. I said really, the lot was only about 1/8th full ( almost empty). He said no. My problem is they just really did not seem to care or want to help a customer - period. I know it is my problem as I am the one that lost the phone, but would have expected a little more help or concern on their end

Best way to sleep and play

Front desk did not offer us our free breakfast voucher from our booking and we were miss formed on the options for paying it was all solved the at checkout

Business Trip

This was a casino hotel. Enough said. It was a good distance from where I needed to be. Other than that, it was nice and comfy.

Nice hotel when it was new, but not kept up.

Pros: The rooms were spacious, decorated lushly and were once very nice.
Cons: Clean the bathroom tile on the baseboards!
Location: We were just passing through.
We had a party of 3 adults and 3 children. There were only 4 free breakfast vouchers for the 6 of us (two rooms), and you had to go through the casino which was off-limits to children to get the breakfast. So they let us use them in a small coffee bar in the lobby, but we still had to buy 2 breakfast entrees. We had a choice of three; a breakfast burrito, sausage muffin or a breakfast croissant...at about $8 each, and my breakfast burrito tasted like the meat was rancid (spoiled). I had to spit it out and throw it away. The pool was outside and closed for the season. The worst part for me, though, was the dirty tile in the bathroom...you could write your name in the "gummy" dirt built up on the baseboard tile. You also had to go all the way to the far end of the casino to get morning coffee.

Misserable

We were over run by Lady bugs. They were in our room as well as in our bed. We had to strip bed a couple times a night and I was on crutches unable to put pressure on my foot. Was suppose to have been relaxing 2 days but didn't turn out that way. Compt. Rooms for black couple for same issue and I was told besides the Bugs was everything ok. Horrible Customer Service.
