Very nice staff and the rooms were comfortable . However we saw so many people bringing pets in that we found distressing . If you have pet allergies this may not be the place for you . Also the wait for the elevator was long as seemingly there was only one so took forever . Breakfast was ok .

PesoBill, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! As an FYI, La Quinta as a brand is pet friendly but we do require all pet owners to sign and abide by our pet policy. We also have 2 elevators in our building and are having them renovated in the next few weeks so hopefully when you come visit us again they will look brand new! Place is. Overrated in the sense of cleanliness. There is dust and dirt everywhere, the wood floors as you walk-in into the rooms are dirty and worn down. Beds where ok. Bathroom was Ok except the tub was disgusting. You see that there is no love for the place. It's worn down looking. Breakfast was ok.

We liked everything about our experience, but the last night our aircondition unit started making loud noises. The staff came and assessed the problem and since they couldn't fix the problem that night, gave us another room and compensated us by lowering the bill. We weren't upset because sometimes things happen. We would probably stay there again.

Staff is very nice and accommodating! The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfotable!

Barking dog

We need to know up front that this is a pet friendly hotel. They should all be on ONE FLOOR TERRIBLE

We loved the hotel...coffee down the hall was a nice touch. I was however not happy to be woken up 2 days out of 4 by barking dogs. I think dog owners should have their own section like a separate smoking area. I am also concerned about staying in a room previously occupied by dogs. My son in law is a Veterinarian and he said many have fleas and parasites (from licking private areas). I have allergies.

We do require every pet owner to sign our pet policy and we do make it a point to keep pets on specific floors which may have been the same floor you were on. Our desk staff does an excellent job of contacting pet owners when we are notified of any disturbances but I am sorry that this was not caught during your stay. My housekeeping staff also deep cleans any room that a pet has stayed in so we can ensure that our non-pet guests have a wonderful stay as well. Perfect for our needs

Very nice property near restaurants and shopping. I always choose La Quinta for their pet friendliness. Our pups were super comfy there, too!
