A gem hidden in Greenville!

Scary and dirty

After driving 11 hours and arriving at 3:00 in the morning I was completely disgusted by the hotel. The outside was dingy the breezeways had trash all over them. Even worse was when we pulled down the covers to go to sleep we realized that there was an imprint of a person in the crumpled sheets. The linens had not been changed! Looking closer we saw yellow spots and dirt all over them. Thinking maybe the other need hasn't been slept in we checked that one only to find rusty stains resembling blood on the comforter. Knowing we would not be able to find another hotel and being dead tired we resorted to pulling the cover from the middle of the two beds and laid on one and covered up with the other. We checked out the next morning asking that we not be charged for the remainder of the time we had reserved. No questions asked, no how can we fix this, just OK we'll only charge you $50 for tonight!!!

Decent, but has slipped a bit.

I have stayed here several times. The rooms are generally pretty decent. My last room, however, had several age and maintenance issues. Holes in the carpet, broken switch plates, broken (dangerous) office chair; not what I've come to expect from this hotel. The staff and complimentary breakfast, as well as the location, are still the upside. Very nice staff, good breakfast for a hotel of this price, and still a generally decent area. I will probably stay here again, but I hope they get on thosr maintenance and upkeep issues.

Great hotel for the price!

Bed was not comfortable and sheets were old and stained. But over all it was a nice place with excellent customer service and a huge breakfast bar!

The room was clean,friendly staff when i checked in... not so friendly when i checked out. The bed was very uncomfortable and I am not at all a fan of the "tiny" pillows. The hot breakfast in the morning was not worth eating,
