The guy that checked us in took like 15 minutes- I kept asking if he needed help but he just jokes and chatted which prolonged the process. When I came back 20 min later to finish checkin and give Credit card-both he and manager fumbled around again forever. No concern for my exhaustion! Room look nothing like photos- old, ugly and worn out everything- no ice either!! Way overpriced for what we got!! $179. For kind suite and it was ugliest place ever- and we've stayed in all sorts! Again- online photos are if a newer property-BEWARE!

Room condition poor.

The room smelled like mildew. Carpet and walls were in poor condition. Hot water faucet handle was broken, and shower was mildewed.

Could be a nice hotel with better management.

I have stayed here several times this year. Each time it has been worse than the last. I can only assume the manager doesn't run a tight ship. The quality and quantity of the included breakfast is the worst, never enough food prepared to facilitate the amount of people trying to get food before the 9:30 cutoff, should at least till 10, but that matches the 11am check out time when other hotels in area are noon. Probably my last stay! Very disappointed, pool area not serviced and dirty without any fresh towels, ice machine on my floor had no ice. Windgate get it together this could be a nice hotel.

Comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Very convenient to restaurants and theater. Breakfast was great.
Cons: Mattresses are too soft for me.
Location: Close to East Carolina University. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and a nice theater around the corner.
The room was great, service was good, The indoor pool was a nice touch. The hot tub needs to be a little hotter and more jets should be working. They apparently were running short on toilet paper.

Cons: The maid needs to make sure she stocks the room with enough towels, tissues, and toilet paper. Some kind of large smudge on the closet door.
Location: Close to restaurant chains like Denny's, Outback, Cracker Barrel and the Greenville Convention Center.
It was a mostly clean, nicely decorated room. Beds were comfortable.

Hotel could use some deep cleaning which is more than basic house cleaning.
