Cons: The maid needs to make sure she stocks the room with enough towels, tissues, and toilet paper. Some kind of large smudge on the closet door.
Location: Close to restaurant chains like Denny's, Outback, Cracker Barrel and the Greenville Convention Center.
It was a mostly clean, nicely decorated room. Beds were comfortable.

Hallways stunk, they had a window open by elevator and ice machine didn't work! My bathroom over flowed at 2 am...but I didn't report it because who wants someone in your room at 2am! I told front desk at checkout...they were kinda like did ya report it...no um doing now! I'll never stay here again...I'll stick to my faithful Marriott or spring hill hotel brands!

not as clean as it could've been

Lets just put it this way, I walked in to the room & was hit with a large amount of cigarette smoke odor, it was as if the room had been chain smoked in it for months & never aired out.. mind you it was supposed to be a non smoking room. I booked the king executive suite with separate living area.. Hahaha, to me separate living area means another room, don't be fooled the sofabed/couch is 5 feet from the foot of the bed. It was unbelievable, the couch had stains on it & smelled, i was afraid to even get close to it. The bedding was the only thing in the room that looked brand new, everything else looked like it was from a confinement shop. I was very disappointed needless to say. Paying for the most expensive room & it was not the least clean & outdated furniture says a whole lot for the hotel, with 3 nights stay a brand new couch could've been afforded, so that has to say something. I would never stay at this hotel. The indoor pool area looked nice but was very small & the whole hotel smelled stuffy, no freshness to it anywhere. The front desk staff were not dressed up for a professional job & they showed no concern when i told them the room smelled/reeked, its like they knew about it, but hey whatever, lesson learned.

Good value hotel for the money

Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, plus a major university not far away.
The stay was generally good, with a clean comfortable room, and good selection of breakfast items. The indoor pool was a little too cloudy to get in, but the hot jacuzzi was nice. There were a couple of ratty looking cars (one an old Chrysler convertible with the top down and some of the interior messed up, and the other a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a tarp covering the top) in the front parking lot that detracted from the desirability of the stay. If these belonged to employees, they should have been parked in the back of the parking lot. Also the hallway carpet smelled like cigarette smoke

Very low water pressure and noisy A/C

Cons: A/C noise and water pressure in the shower!!!
Location: Just there for over night.
For the most part an okay overnight hotel. Unfortunately our A/C unit was very loud and the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent!

I will never stay at the Wyndham hotel again. The chair in the room was so dirty, i asked for a sheet to put over it before we sat. Was supposed to be a non-smoking room, could smell the residual. Carpet was so bad, we wore our shoes. Pool was nice, however, pulled out several towels that were dirty. Breakfast in am wasn't bad. We ate downstairs 1 day only
