The hotel was good more so due to the area of location. The included breakfast was enjoyable and the staff that i spoke with were pleasant. The disappointment came with our room. Since we weew only staying for one night, we opted for the king mini suite. We gave our daughter the bed due to her back issues. However we regretted the pull out couch as soon as we sat on it. The mattress is almost none existing and the springs were relentless. We were also disappointed with the room in a whole. The carpet had a smell, the comforter throw had a stain and last but definitely not least, we killed a roach. Needless to say, I opt out of revisiting this hotel. If they invest in a full makeover..ie..replace carpet with wood floors replace drapes with blinds, upgrade ac units, upgrade furniture including mattress and new bedding, and a paint job. If this is done to all the rooms, i would definitely plan another stay

The room was larger than I expected. Breakfast had so many choices. It was quiet and clean. My check in was easy and the person who checked me in was very friendly.

Carpet was dirty for 2 days after maid was instructed to vacuum it. Toilet paper holder was broken. Soaps and shampoos are way too small.

The staff was very nice and polite. The breakfast offerings were excellent and the people handling it were awesome. Our room was more than adequate for our needs; however, it could have been cleaner (especially the bathroom floor). Also, the lampshades had holes in them and were all crooked. That should be an easy fix if someone is paying attention. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Yikes not sure why this is 9.2 rating! Surfaces not clean, black in grout of bathroom Major major black area in bathroom tile with hole and questionable people staying here, loud rap music cars with loud exhaust, lingering folks smoking, loud freeway noise….also beds not good at all. I’m actually likely going to check out and suck up the loss tomorrow

The hotel itself was fantastic, only complaints I have is the bed was like sleeping on a brick it was so hard, and the extremely small coffee maker in the breakfast area wasn't enough for the many folks that wanted to use it.

The staff and service are vey good at this hotel. The room with a king was nicely appointed and clean with a walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and the TV is 55" maybe (much larger than the std. 42" anyways). The free breakfast was second to none and the staff was attentive keeping things stocked. The Nescafe coffee machine was way above expectations as were the waffles. Would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others staying in Greenville. The only draw back is the turn at the Roper-Mountain exit--the light is green for a very short time and it is a long wait between green lights.

I have stayed here 3 times now and really enjoy the staff, location and the morning breakfast. It is close to the airport, interstate and lots of choices for food ect. There is a mall near by. Parking is great (they have a large lot) I will be staying again when I go back to SC.

New and modern vibe… really enjoyed the walk in shower and spacious room. Complimentary breakfast was nice, but the furniture in the eating area was bulky and had an odd layout.

Everything was good except the climate control. We could not get it to remain on high fan and at times it didn't seem to be putting out heat. All in all a good stay that met our needs.

I enjoyed my stay here. (Fairly) Close to Greenville city center, fantastic and friendly staff, clean room with great shower, and the free breakfast was surprising. I would definitely stay there again.
