Went to turn on shower and water shot out from around the top part of shower head water went right in my eye and all over the floor as I hadn’t even got in tub yet. Then next morning went to close bathroom door the knob came off and hit the floor. Also the fact that breakfast is and additional $15 for buffet is ridiculous. Already pay enough for the room.

The pillows were way too soft. If you need any support from a pillow bring your own! We ended up having to go buy pillows, otherwise I would never have slept. And, there was very little water pressure in the shower. Did not make for a relaxing or therapeutic experience after a long day out exploring the city. The location was good and the one time we went to the bar, we had a good time!

Breakfast was not free as it was listed on site was $32 for 4 bacon 4 sausage links and 4 french toast and the snack area is outrageous also for 2 12oz beer and a candy bar it was $20 i definitely will not be going back to the hilton also didn't even get full 24 hrs can't check in till 4 pm and must be checked out by 11 am cost $289 to stay a few hrs and take a shower

Upon arrival we were greeted at the front desk with a small wait. After getting settled in assigned our room we noticed something flying around the room. After review we discovered they were ladybugs. Went to the front desk to complain, asking for another room but was told they will booked and there was nothing they could do. After the discussion housekeeping was sent to clean our room. The next morning ladybugs were still visible. Checking behind chairs and pulling back the curtains is where we discovered the small infestation of ladybugs. Went to the front desk to ask for compensation, due to booking through a third party the hotel was only able to offer us breakfast and second cleaning of our room. Upon checking out we were told by the front desk clerk the ladybug issue is normal this time of the year. My response was, "wait a minute so you guys knew this was going on and you still rented us the room on that floor?" Ugh. The staff was not very accommodating with the situation. Something more should have been done and the rooms on that floor should not be rented out until that situation is resolved.

Nice large rooms for two. Bathroom small but stocked with soap/shampo/conditioner dispensers. One set of towels for a 2 night stay. Extremely quiet at night even though elevators directly across the hall from room. Coffee in room for 1 day but light over coffee pot was out or needing repair. Easy checking in and out at front desk. Would stay again if available in the future.

I can literally hear the person above us, and beside us, coughing and talking all night. Also, the showerhead absolutely no hot water and for some reason we were in a handicap room. I’m not sure why.
