It is rated 8.8 and in a great location. We were not disappointed. Clean, friendly and safe. The best value in the Hendersonville/ Flat Rock area. We’ll stay there again as long as they keep up the good standards.

Overall a good location for an overnight stay. Facility was clean, staff was great, hot breakfast was excellent. Our only problem was low water pressure in the shower. We have already booked a night for later this week on our trip back home.

On long drive and pulled off exit on I26 and right into parking lot. Lot shared with gas station and a cracker barrel although the hotels free breakfast was great and did not need to look to neighboring restaurant.

Everything was well kept. The indoor heated pool is the best ive ever experienced ~ ventilation was great, no "sticky" humid feeling. Comfortable beds, and super friendly staff! I will be back!!

After a horrible stay at Red Roof Inn, Quality Inn was such a step up for about the same price. The staff was great at check-in. The room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable.

Typical hotel. You can hear everyone walking through the hallway which is normal. The front desk clerk seemed annoyed I was there. She barely spoke and not a single smile throughout the check-in. She had her daughter next to her coloring pictures. The room was decent. I did find a couple small pills on the floor which turned out to be ibuprofen so I was not concerned. There was hair on the floor around the toilet. The beds were your average hotel bed. Not super comfortable but alright for one night. The breakfast was basic but it was delicious and coffee was hot. When I checked out the receptionist was very cheerful and pleasant which is what brought my score to 3 stars instead of 2

I liked the location as home base for day trips in the area. We didn't breakfast there, but it was available. Best hotel coffee that i have ever tasted. We were next to Cracker Barrel and MacDonalds. Other places to eat near by. I liked parking in back and using the side door.

Walls were paper thin. I heard guy next door snoring on one side and dog whimpering on the other. Breakfast was a disaster with everything running out and no one to ask to replenish. Overall I will never stay at a quality inn again
