The room was clean and bathroom were clean. The outside garden was pretty but needing some clean up. Considering the season, it is understandable. The gym was out of order. I wish that was more clear during the booking. The hotel smelled dingy, musty, and old but not really bad. I did hear that it is just got put under new management. So, I'm sure that all these issues with be addressed promptly. Again, though, it was clean and the staff were very nice.

We were told we would have maid service twice and never got our room cleaned. We also had to go downstairs to get clean towels because no one was available to bring them to is. Breakfast was horrible.

The property was clean and staff were friendly. It was only for one night as we came to see a concert. Staff recommended we take Uber or Lyft rather then drive and pay to park then told us to go eat after and call for ride back from there. Caught a Lyft to the stadium which was only 6 mins away and under $12.00 when we left the stadium we walked down to eat and called for a Lyft from there. Which ended up being about $45.00 cheaper that way because prices jumped after the concert.

Great value, and very easy access to lots of restaurants. Disappointed that the fitness center was closed though. That was a reason for selecting property.

Mini fridge was left ajar by previous guests and wasnt attended to when cleaned, therefore wasnt functional for a while. Attempted to call front desk, but phone in the room didnt work. Called front desk from mobile phone who were apologetic and offered another room to which we politely declined, as we only really needed a place to sleep for the night. Breakfast was pretty good and had plenty to choose from in the morning. Great value for a quick stay! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Doors/walls arent very soundproof, as we could hear conversations in the hallway as other guests walked by. Air conditioner gets COLD, overall fantasic location to stay on a budget.

This was weathered although relatively clean. The wi-fi connectivity was very poor. The TV didn't work and something was wrong with the coffee maker. I had to change rooms 3 times to find a room to my liking.

The access doors other than the front door were not working during the entire stay which was a little inconvenience. The equipment in the exercise room were not working.

The property seems old and in need of some repair. Our door handle was broken, but it still locked and we could still get in with a little effort. The smoke detector in our room was hanging off the wall, but was operational, as it showed a green light. The hallway smelled like smoke, but our room was ok. For the price, it was fine, but you wouldn’t want to pay any more.

This property was clean and quiet. We were disappointed with the in room TV. The Google remote did not allow us to adjust the brightness of the Samsung TV nor could we log on to any of own own streaming services. We were also disappointed that the breakfast buffet closed a half hour earlier than we were told.

My first stay in Greenville and a La Quinta. Both were pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The location was central to where i was going. There was one incident on the 2nd night of my stay involving another guest, but it was handled.

We checked in late (after midnight cause flight schedule) so we went straight to bed. My husband woke up in morning said he felt something wired on bed but he didn't check cause we were so tired. I immediately removed the blanket and saw a huge yellow spot (size as a football) on the mattress. It's so disgusting so he quickly took a shower and got changed. We went down to front desk and requested early check out (it's was planned for 4 nights originally). Although hotel front deck offered room changed we just couldn't stand the low service quality standard of the hotel room and turned down the offer. Also when we checked in the front desk asked for ID and made a copy of it and kept it. Under what law hotels keep copy of your ID?? We checked in to a nearby courtyard they gave us a room right away at 8:30am and didn't make copy of my ID!!! I will never go back to any La Quinta for the rest of my life!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel staff were very friendly. Service was great and the free breakfast was a bonus. This was a very convenient place to stay. Easy drive to downtown and surrounding shops and attractions.
