Cons: service
Everything was fine. Nothing was great. Our room wasn't made up the first day after we called down to tell them we were leaving and to please make the room up. When we called down the next morning to request towels, none arrived. That was annoying. When I went to the manager and asked if any of that had been recorded in the computer (b/c I was told it was...and I assumed he'd have a frame of reference for me about to be angry with him), it had not so he was blindsided with my displeasure. From that point forward things were totally up to par. So overall our stay was totally fine. But it would be tough to say much better than fine or decent.

Great location. Great staff. Awesome bar area. Gym was very large.

Our rooms was a corner room, enjoyed the view of the street and tall buildings. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed every minute of it. I thought the parking fee was a little high but the rest was great.

Difficult to find location but Overall Comfortable

Parking was an additional $25 so make sure you have that available... we weren't prepared for that at the gate. Room was comfortable but bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast was a buffet you had to pay additional fee for as well (not specified on Expedia) but the hrs it was available were longer so that was nice.

our events were downtown and it only took us a quick five minutes to reach our destination. Very friendly staff, delicious chocolate chip cookies upon arrival and easy check out. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean hotel

This hotel was wonderful, the staff was above 10! We came for Valentines day and they had free champagne and all sorts of chocolate including chocolate covered strawberries and fresh hot baked cookies. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby but if I had to complain about anything it would be no free wifi, however everything else was superb!

Hotel was great but if u stay more than 1 night u have to tell them to clean the room and make the beds they don't do it...
