Hotel Stay

Hotel staff was great. The room had a strong smell, the bathroom had visible mold, parking was an issue.

Hotel is very convenient to the medical center and to shopping and great restaurants. But, the walls in the room looked dirty, the air did not get below 70 degrees (even though we had it set on 63), the breakfast staff was short and took a long time to get our drinks and bill.

Old, Smelly building

The facilities are old, not inviting. Smelly building. Noisy location. We paid $150 per night before tax. It is not worth the money.

Hotel is near the freeway which is convenient.

Hotel is a bit old that’s why the price is very reasonable

Close to our family member

This hotel has valet service which would be nice fro a woman traveling alone. I found maneuvering the parking garage a little difficult

Nice hotel and convenient location

This was our second stay at this hotel and the experience was just as good as the first. The only thing that was inconvenient to us was that we had ro leave a day early but since room was paid in advance they refused to issue us a credit. We will be going to Houston every 6 weeks for at least a year for follow up appoinments due to my husband having brain surgery but they still wouldnt give us some type of voucher or credit. But this will not keep us from staying here again.

Very large room, comfortable bed. The hallways were not always kept clean.

Air conditioner not working in the hotel.

Cons: Full hotel makeover
Our staying in the hotel is a nightmare. Air conditioner is not working in the hotel and a temperature in the room is 63 F. After our third complain they switch us a room. But in the new there is also 63... The thermostat showing heating, but the airconditioner is actually cooling the room. When I complained 5th time - they recommended me to switch the air condition off and to wait till the morning - they don't have any technical staff or manager availible till the morning. My son is sleeping with jacket and sport pants. Except of that - there is a strong disgusting smell in entire hotel, elevators are not working and staff on reception is not nice. Don't go to this hotel, it will be a terrible experience.
