“The communication from Kasa was pathetic. Their AI acted concerned but they were not. It was so bad on the precheck I tried to get a refund of my prepayment. I would of happily rebooked at a higher cost. The experience proved even worse.
I will never use Kasa or Expedia again. Expedia should have taken responsibility when I asked for a refund. They did not. The most frustrating lack of customer setvice I have ever encountered.
