We arrived at 7:30am for the breakfast. The hot breakfast items were gone, 1 piece of toast, 1 bagel. Very disappointed. We did grab a breakfast bag to go which included a bagel, cream cheese, apple and water so that was good.

I didn't realize I had booked w/c accessible room. It was okay. Oddly large. Realize the shower was for w/c but to stand in it was was not safe. My husband nearly fell on the slick and wet floor and I did too. We used the towels to cover the floor. The sprayer in the shower was not the best. We stay at Hamptons when we travel and I just expected better. It seemed very dated and mattress honestly not very good quality. I do not normally do reviews. The desk staff were very nice.

This is a very clean and convenient property, easy off/on the highway. Staff were helpful and friendly. My room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and all areas of bathroom worked well. "Standard" breakfast; I liked that coffee was always available. I will earmark this hotel for future stays

My check-in was a disaster but no fault of the hotel. I booked through Expedia and they had me under a totally different name. Thankfully we figured out the confirmation number was mines but the email address and name (which was a male) was linked to someone else with my credit card. The hotel staff were exceptional. The only other thing was breakfast. There should be more “meat” options for those who don’t consume pork products. Overall, my stay was great!
